-No outside help. Zim does not get GIR, and Keroro does not get his platoon which prevents him from using the full power of the platoon mechs.

Without the prep time the advantage goes to Keroro, better stats and feats. Keron's technology is better than Irken's. And also if he is motivated Keroro can overcome his laziness very quickly (like in a battle to the death) while Zim's arrogance and overconfidence ALWAYS brings the worst to him.
