Vegeta vs Marisa (Second to no one!)

I saw that DBS characters are now on the same tier as my favorite anime characters :v So I decided to pit them against each other.

Set up for the fight
Both Marisa and Vegeta dream about being teleported to another world. A powerful being tells them that the only way for them to return to their home is to win a fight against each other and that they have a day to prepare. The warriors see each other through the dream. The dream felt more real than any other dream, so when they wake up they get 1 day of prep time.

Location
After a day, both fighters are sent to an alternate universe where planet Earth is desolated.

Additional settings
  • Speed is unequalized
  • Both have 1 day of preparation time
  • Both are in-character
  • The fight doesn't neccesarily have to end in death
  • Marisa gets her Ability cards and her Optional equipment, Vegeta gets his Dragon Ball super: Super hero key, access to his transformations and all his optional equipment (Does he even have optional equipment?)
  • Without any explanation whatsoever, this song plays constantly on loop (Even the ad sponsorship), nothing both fighters do can stop the BGM

Marisa's Advantages:

-Massively AP stomps.
-Has multiple items that amp her way beyond her already huge AP advantage.
-Can absorb anything Vegeta does at a range and use it to amp herself even more.
-Can just straight up remove his abilities by sealing them, or by conceptually rewriting how they work.
-Can ignore potential lucky oneshots (ignoring how Marisa scales to more universes than Vegeta) through multiple invulnerability granting items.
-Can come back from anything that could kill her, seeing as she has the UMOE (type 5 immortality + passive time rewind), no less than 5 separate instant revives (some of which work more than once), and subjective reality that literally lets her say No to a fight and pretend it never happened.
-BTFOs Vegeta up close thanks to passive damaging time slow.
-Oneshots with most equipment via transmutation, soul poisoning, passive dura neg/petrification, and EE.
-Spirit manipulation.
-Can copy pretty much anything Vegeta does.
-More skilled and intelligent to an absurd degree.
-Has passive probability/fatehax that constantly tilt victory in her favor.

Ok but isn't Vegeta faster? He probably is several times above baseline infinite speed due to the enormous amount of multipliers long running shonen characters get.

My bad G, I have a bad sense of scale. And I also like taking characters at their best. A win isn't a win if neither are at their best.

I wonder if Goku stands a better chance against Reimu though. I was thinking of pitting him against Reimu before I choose to make this thread. Cuz Marisa and Vegeta have more similarities than Goku and Reimu. I might make that later, though I'll probably nerf Reimu.

Vegeta scales at his best at 6 universes while Marisa scales to hundreds of them when just scaling to 7 universes is enough for her to oneshot him.

Do the math.
