Zilla Jr has superior LS and intelligence, and a slight AP advantage since the Rex seems to be baseline 9-A, so I'd lean towards him winning (even with the Tek Saddle, the atomic breath is more impressive and I don't think the Rex will like having scolding hot metal on its face after being hit by the atomic breath).

Zilla seems superior in every way. Along with his stats he's more intelligent. Plus the ability to burrow his he has shown to use to great affect against enemies that can't burrow.
I was gonna talk about experience but the calcs for the adult are from his very first battle show he doesn't have that yet.
