Who wins? Speed Equalized. This is MMZ Era Zero vs Starscream at his peak when he fought Master Galvatron.

Zero is not allowed to stop time.

Without the Hasbro retcon explaining Starscream and Megatron's fate between Energon and Cybertron, Super Starscream and Master Galvatron were only large planet level maxed out powering up on Gigantion. With the retcon I guess they're star level in durability by tanking the energon star collapsing on them and consuming Alpha Q's pocket realm but if Zero's at Large Star the only advantage Starscream would have is his dimension-hopping.

Starscream gets outhaxed oh so very badly. Zero can easily stop time before slicing him in half with a Genmurei.

So you're stripping Zero of his abilities on top of using a character whose feats are questionable, okay then...

Zero still wins due to being far more serious and dealing with characters much stronger and more haxed than Starscream.

Besides, the person who made Starscream's page clearly didn't look at the Black Hole feats guidelines
