Fasctistic Dictator vs Revolutionary Soldier, arguably the most skilled 4-B fighters and very likely the best in their respective franchise's (little more debatable for Palpatine though)
NO HAX OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED, PERIOD.

Sabers ONLY. Palpatine cannot use the force in any way, barring amping his physical augmentation. He can't even use his telekinesis or precog.

Zero only gets his Z-Saber, nothing else.


If you can't tell, this is a skill-based fight here.


Story: The same as Revenge of the Sith's Climax. Replace Yoda with Zero. Zero pinky-flicks the Imperial Guards, the fight starts from there. Palpatine only has one lightsaber since he lost one to Windu

Both are completely in character.
