the palace of zeno can be several things, among them a superior dimension that contains the universes (in this assumption those pillar spheres in the palace garden would really be the universes) it may also be that the palace of zeno is a special universe just for him and the angels. although it may also be other things

So do those pillars have universes different from the real 12 universes?

Zen'o's Palace is simply that, a place far away from U7. Any other info is speculation.

I mean if it's far separated from the multiverse, has its own galaxies, and has clouds like other worlds, then at best you can say it's another universe. That is what is seemed to be visually implied.

I would say that if one can travel there in a finite amount of time is not localized at absurd distances. Do not need to localized in another universe to "have" its own galaxies.
It may be spatiolocked from the rest of the universe (time do not seems to pass differently there), but stuff like "higher dimensions" is purely (and ridiculous) speculation.

Universes in Dragon Ball are not connected by space, so trying to say it isn't localized at absurd distances is sort of false in the fact that since they're not connected by Space, there literally cannot be any "distance" between them since space is absent in the area separating them. Whis' Transport Ability should not be used as a metric to say that they're connected via space since it's very clear it isn't a traditional "Just move at fast speeds" ability.

What "Universe"? There's 12 Universes in the Dragon Ball Macroverse and it's separated from all of them.

A huge dimension (with celestial bodies) thats located in the middle of all 12 universes.

as Whis explained when adding all together makes up 13 . That's where Zenos at where all 12 are together to make up 13.
That could explain, Zeno palace having all 12 universes (even the ones that were missing/erased) displayed on those pillars.
