Does every Void Hunter use swords? If the statement implies any one of them could level entire cities with a single strike, then that would include people who rely purely their fists or any other blunt force weapon besides a sword. the ones we know the weapons of (miyabi and shungus) both use swords yeah. we don't know the weapons of the other VHs yet though. we just got teased with remielle's weapon, which might be a sword (if the S3 character teaser is anything to go by anyways) but we don't know for certain

in the latest story patch, cissia says that remielle could take on a million of her. we all know everything cissia says is true and 100% factual, so let's calculate how strong this hypothetical remielle is.

assuming cissia scales to every other agent's baseline value of 0.334 tons, we simply multiply that by a million to get 334,000 tons, or more accurately, 334 kilotons. this would give remielle large town AP.

if we go a step further and assume that remielle is just 1,000,000x stronger than cissia in every aspect, multiplying the other baseline agent stats by a million, her speed would be at a whopping mach 24,489,795, AKA about 28x the speed of light. for lifting strength, once again, 1,313 tons multiplied by a million gets to 1,313,000,000 tons, putting her well into class G.

in conclusion thanks to cissia's 100% true and factual words we now know that the top tiers of the verse are large town level and 28x FTL with class G LS. and given that fact that cissia said "probably", this is more than likely a lowball.

From what Masked can tell, S Billy is somewhat stronger than normal Billy.
It's mentioned that he has more drive now than he did when he was Champion, and he's comparable or superior to his Champion self.
Masked will have to review the statements again.
