Zatanna Upgrade

I think that she should have "2-A" in her "Seven Soldiers: Zatanna" key.

It says that she fought and defeated Zor, while Zor is described as Spectre (Jim Corrigan)'s equal in More Fun Comics #55. Zor also fought Spectre and traded blows with him, and even though he was defeated, he dealt some damage to him. Zatanna, on the other hand, overpowered him without much trouble.

She should probably have "2-A" or "2-C, likely 2-A".

I think that it makes better sense to scale her from the Spectre's regular 2-C level.
