1- Zamasu was capable of surging having his being cut down to only his soul. Is this some type of immortality/soul manipulation? And which type of immortality is that?
2- He was able to fuse himself [Which was just literally his will/mind, thus the reason he has AE type 1] with the very fabric of the universe/space time of U7, and he was going to fuse with the present U7 [Whole different timeline], all good. I was informed that regenerating from having your presence erased from space time itself/history Grants High godly, zamasu fused with the very space time and was invading other space times, but got erased and he regenerated from it in xv and heroes, is this enough for High godly or no?
