The embodiment of fear vs. the grand stalwart.

-Morals Off

-This is Terumi in Susanoo form and Garland in Chaos form. Obviously, Garland wouldn't fear Terumi.

-Speed is equalized.

That said, who wins?

Garland: 0

Terumi: 1

With all that a glance at Garland's page can give me, he can't put Susano'o down as he will always exist through EotA. Without knowing the specific feats (calc numbers, etc), Susano'o is more powerful than someone who'd "have trouble matching up to the energy required to atomize everything within 400,000km", which would mean atomizing the earth and the moon, not speaking of astral heats or such. Atomizing is a huge step above standard planet busting as it isn't merely fragmenting a planet or something like that. On top of this he should be able to logically attack the time he possesses, as his profile includes the 'can cut through time' deal that is an ability of the Susano'o Unit.

Garland probably has enough experience to not be completely outmatched, but due to the immortality issue and Susano'o's nigh-infinite stamina, I'd say he wins.
