A bladewelding yandere duels a sadistic swordwoman!

The scenario: Yuki is separated from Yuno during the zombie apocalypse and meets up with the Highschool of the Dead gang. They agree to assist Yuki when he explains how his future diary works and how it would benefit them. They run into an abandoned hospital make their way to the roof to get a better vantage point. There is where they encounter Yuno. Saeko tells the group to run while she holds of and hopefully kills the stalker.

The Battlefield: A plain hospital roof. There is some large blocks on it that give some cover, yet its mostly flat floor.

Both are bloodlusted (Saeko in her satanic swordsman bloodlust and Yuno in Yandere mode) and both are fully equiped but have no prep time (Yuno also does not have the Scope of Dreams) and have no idea what the other is capable of. (Yuno also has her katana)

This is a fight to the death.

Judging by my extremely limited knowledge of both series, Saeko is faster an seems more skilled overall. I'm going with her.

Ha! But anyway, this is one i'm having trouble with. Saeko has better reactions, but if we're going by high ends, Yuno is wall level in AP & Dura. Imma go Saeko though with EXTREME difficulty as Yuno really can"t land any blows on her and it will take Saeko a long while to kill her.

As far as I see it's inconclusive. Peak Human+/Subsonic combat speed is enough to counter Peak Human attacks but not enough to land a solid blow on somebody with Supersonic reaction. Battle of atrition though... Is likely in Yuno's favor.

Saeko is far too fast reactionary wise to be hit by Yuno and her high end durability could handle Yuno's high end AP even if she did get hit. There is also the fact that Saeko has an m92 vertec as standard equipment and as katana (which she'd be more experienced using since Yuno only used her sword once) giving her an advantage in range. And despite taking a long time to be able to land anything due to her combat speed vs Yuno's reaction like Skodwarde said she could eventually get the kill in.

I give it to Saeko.

Saeko's boobs are way too fast for Yuno to counter. She get's death by suffocation.

Seriously speaking though, Saeko has a beretta to go along with her supersonic reflexes, better close-combat skill (imo), superior range for the main weapon (Saeko's double-edged katana to Yuno's...is that a chopping axe?) and better rack. I'd give zombie killer-chan the win.

It seems Saeko has the reflex adventage here, I say she takes with with high difficulty over Yuno. Saeko also seems to have a advantage in range too.
