1- How can there be multiple Boundless characters in one verse? For example there are multiple Tier 0 Characters in WOD (im not fimilar with its cosmology btw)
As I've heard, a boundless character is unsurpassable and has no equals in the verse, and it's the only being older than time (maybe the only being older than time is wrong tho)

2- Are anyone who exists in these places has Higher-Dimensional Existence?

The first place:

It's a higher plane of existence and no one could reach here
This place governs all of reality

And other structure is like this:

It's sun shines on all of creation and the structure is made of many different planes, even lower and upper realms
Also this place covered the universe. While the universe is stated to be infinite, but it's so small compared to this structure

3- if a character is combination of a 2-A & low 2-C structures, should he have large size (type 10)?

4- i've read about the black hole's page, but what ap would this attack get? If you can guess, then im happy. But If you can't, should i give this to calculate team?

With the new Tiering System there cannot be multiple Tier 0.

The attack doesn't look like it's a real black hole. If it was a real black hole it would probably be 5-A.

This is a very simple question but i didn't find my answer in wiki pages
For example a character can destroy two universes, and has a 2X power up, a 10X power up, a 6X power up and a 5X power up. Would the character's rank upgrade from 2-C to 2-B?

And why World of Darkness still has multiple tier 0s?

No. Multipliers are not applied this way from Tier 2 onwards. Read Note 1.

No. Just 2-C (above baseline 2 universes). Just look at DB. They have crazy multipliers but they are just 2-C.

And why World of Darkness still has multiple tier 0s?

The old pages have not been revised yet, which is the task of the supporters. If they don't do it these pages will probably be nuked.

No, quote from here

Because the distance between any given number of universes embedded in higher-dimensional / higher-order spaces is currently unknowable, it is impossible to quantify the numerical gap between each one of the sub-tiers in Tier 2. As such, it is not allowed to upgrade such a character based solely on multipliers. For example, someone twice as strong as a Low 2-C character would still be Low 2-C, and someone infinitely more powerful than a 2-C would not be 2-A. This does not mean that the difference between these tiers is greater than infinite, merely that the difference is unknown.
