But Palpatine force power and speed so fast and Yoda can't react the lightning in first time .

well dooku gets one shotted first, i believe Sidious can take Yoda, very close, im going to give this to Mace Windu with High Difficulty, His Vaapad form should give him the edge to defeat Sidious. Windu just has more versatility and ways to take down both lightside and darkside enemies.

Yoda will have little better saber skill than Palpatine , because he disarmed Palpatine lightsaber in ROTS . But Palpatine will have better in force attack , he send Yoda down from the senate with the force .
