So, there's a novel I'm reading where the MC was stated to release a specific amount of force in his attack. (Scan here)

Now, I know that packing 15 tons of force isn't actually equivalent to 15 tons of tnt of force. Heard that before.

But, there's a feat earlier in the story that I calced for his movement/attack speed, and I was wondering if I could use that result to do another calculation for this feat. Note, that speed feat was performed when he was in a massively weaker state. So, if I used that result to help calculate the force of this new feat in the scan, would it be considered calc stacking or something similar?
 
Even if the feat was performed when he was necessarily much slower than himself in the scan?
