You're actually listening to the people that put Yhwach at tier 5? Yhwach was going to destroy all of existence and create a new world. He is at least solar system level if not higher. Plus his power of the almighty lets him change the future to anything he wishes. He can simply break silver surfers board through the future and then steal his power and kill him.

You're forgetting that because of Power Cosmic Norrin has just as many if not more hax.
