Yhwach vs Sakuya Izayoi

How would Yhwach be affected by having his time deleted?
Wouldn't the fact that she erases present and future basically bypass yhwachs future manipulation making him stay dead and stuff like that? I mean he can not rewrite his future if he doesn't have one anymore.

Since he also doesn't have a particular defense against time manipulation, the speed equal would in reality very fast stop being equal (especially if time stop).

So I think Sakuya might have the advantage here.

Can Yhwach imagine that she has no Time Manipulation thanks to Visionary ?

And does she have any way to harm Yhwach ? Because he is intangible.Does Space Manipulation work on Intangible things ?

Can he imagine: possibly, will he? Hell no. Would he get the chance to do so? Maybe if it's his first move after that time is stopped and that would still be only 50/50 chance.

Does she have a way? Sure just erase his time or trap him in a locally limited timestop. Also Yhwach isn't intangible to my knowledge (and she can harm intangible beings either way).

Does Space Manipulation work on intangible things? Yes.

When the battle starts , Yhwach has Almighty and he would even see that she would stop time. Then he can use his Visionary to negate her Time Manipulation.

Or he can use X-Axis's penetration to destroy her.IIRC X-Axis should be instantaneous because it pierces through everything when you direct your muzzle to yout target.

And can Yhwach die ? Because he has Almighty and he has Miracle.

Yhwach is intangible if he has X-Axis and OP says that he has Sternritters' powers.

I actually don't get how this is a fair match up tho?

Like the OP not only didn't state WHICH YHWACH is being used here (by our standard assumptions rules page, we're all supposed to assume that the strongest form/version of a character is used UNLESS stated otherwise, by which case this likely is 5-B Yhwach), but the fact that Yhwach's allowed to use his Sternritters powers....which i think we're not supposed to use or something? IDEK...

In any case, can anyone please tell me how a silver-haired Island level Time manipulation maid chick can even come close to harming a very haxed out black haired black mustache long haired 5-B planet level future seeing guy here???

Precognition will not help him to move first, since battle starts without him already having knowledge of the battle.

X-Axis, Miracle and all other powers need to be activated by him willingly. He had them in the last arc fights as well, but not activated them and seemingly he usually also doesn't do that (out of reasons).

Aside from that neither matter against time erasure and sakuya can harm intangible beings I believe.

x-axis piercing effect is instant, but aiming and using it requires time. Similar to a gun with an infinitely fast bullet. Pulling the trigger is still necessary.

In essence the problem is that he has to play his counter before sakuya starts to time stop. His theoretical probability to do so is 50/50 in speed equal, but his practical proabablility might be lower if he plays around with less effective attacks, because doesn't notice what is necessary from viewing the future fast enough.

Edit: Didn't notice that x-axis and miracle are activated by top of the thread. But doesn't matter as said.

Capability of erasing the present and future of things and by that erasing them from existence.

Doesn't the same thing go for Sakuya ? She will stop the time but to do that she has to think about it and after that she stops/accelerates/slows it.

Question: Are we assuming here that Sakuya will time stop instantly as the battle starts? If not Yhwach would get knowledge before she does.

@The4Godlike:

Yes, that is why I say in speed equal there is a 50/50 chance. If yhwach pulls the right move instantly in speed equal there is no way of saying what happens first. Sakuya has a slight advantage maybe, since yhwach first has to view the future to see which her abiity is, then choose a appropiate counter and then act, while sakuya just has to do what she does either way.

@HokageMangaVox: As far as one can tell from touhous battles (spellcard rules and all) it is actually not all that unusual for sakuya to stop time first move. But to be fair because of spellcard rules the way they will act during an battle with actual killing involved is always a bit unclear.

Then is a 50/50 chance that your argument above is valid, without a counter from Yhwach.

This is pretty much Yhwach vs Kaguya all over again. And yeah, I would think Reimu's FN would be a better match up.

Agree with Donttalk for this one. You can't change time when it's erased along with you, and there's 50/50 chance she would do it...What if she bring out her countless paradox though?

Honestly, I think Miko, Byakuren, Kanako, and Remilia are better matches, at least thematically. But looking at it, Yhwach does win I believe, hes more arrogant but still more pragmatic and would likely start the match by having Sakuya broken apart in the future or something or if he does have access to the other SR powers, Sakuya is super boned if she cuts him thanks to The Zombie, or get a fresh hole from X-Axis, or even gets a suprise move such as her bones being cookified before being locked in space.

Andy stop making Reimu fight everyone xD

In all seriousness it's not as if Yhwach would get the chance. Sakuya continuously dodges and has advantage by accelerating time for her or just time stop. Again your points are already countered above by DT on X-Axis. And yet Yhwach didn't use those abilities when they would be amazing to use right? One hit is all it takes on the final battle yet he wasn't even able to affect Ichigo and co with the Zombie. So maybe... He just cant use some of those powers. Wasn't it stated somewhere that Yhwach enhances the potential powers of certain beings by enhancing their power? And then taking back what enhances said powers?

Well anyway that's pointless to say. Oh and there's no way Yhwach can adapt to what perfectly counters his ability. Knowing that youre screwed isnt gonna be helpful

Its either timestop immediately for a equal chance to win from what I see, if she does not Yhwach wins via ripping her head off with the almighty.

In a bloodlusted scenario she's pulling out a timestop and erasing him, she wouldn't hesitate to use her broken powers first thing and she's FTL+, she's going first. So I'm voting her.

Maybe you're seeing a different match than us, since none of what you said applies here.
