Yellow Spotted Lizard vs King Cobra: Battle of the Deadliest Reptiles

Well, this might be a doozy. We have the deadliest reptiles pitted against each other. We have the Yellow Spotted Lizard from Holes, which is a fictitious lizard that would kill a man nearly instantly, then we have the King Cobra, a snake that ate venomous snakes and has a venomous bite that can kill a man in as little as 30 minutes and an elephant within hours. Speed is equalized (though I don't think that'll actually work because snakes have whiplike reflexes in general). It probably depends on who gets first bite, but still.
