Because of DIO's Time Manipulation and his Flesh Buds, I don't see how Packy Boy will be able to have the time to eat one of his berries in order to gain these powers. I call hax-stomp.

Eh, pac-man may be able to harm the world since he does eat spirits although I'm not sure if they are intangible, O'm not sure how he would do against timestop tho.
