Short-range and Long-range Preesure Point Attacks and Anti-Preesure Point Attacks (In this verse, PPA allows him disable opponent's movement, cause uncontrollable laughing, cause pain, reduce opponent's physical strength and other), Mind Manipulation ("Bending" other people's mind and force them do what he does by looking at them), and many martial arts which can produce wind which can damage opponents, Sound Manipulation (That's where the 8-B feat from and he can cancel the sound wave by simply swing his sleeve). It is only parts of his abilities.

In terms of experience, he used the mind manipulation to defeat Da Er Ba, an opponent who can passively increase his physical strength over time, in the mid of story. In the end of the story (the key used here), Yang Guo defeated Jinlun Guoshi, who is Da Er Ba's master and is stronger than Da Er Ba in every category even in the mid of the story. Yang Guo matches Jinlun Guoshi's passive PS increasing with his techniques as well as his own abilities of passively increasing his physical strength.
