I don't think it would take that little amount of hits to kill either of them. Yagyu probably won't oneshot by herself, it's the giant spin squid that can two shot her fellow team mates that will one shot Parasoul. But if neither of them used their best moves it would probably take more than a few hits to kill each other considering in game they get hit all the time but don't die. (But in Parasoul's case she probably gets 2 or 3 shotted).
