I think that his speed for his OV key should therefore say "at least Relativistic with Relativistic+ reactions". Especially since XLR8 10000 can travel across the entire globe, proving that he gets stronger with age

He's also been seen running on water, so he should have Free Movement added to his abilities

Well he's supposed to be stronger with age, so the "at least" implies that he slightly upscales from his 10 year old version
