We rate endgame XC1 cast as FTL+ based on this feat and

There is one small problem: this feat never happened. The cast used teleportation for the original calc
In the second feat Shulk didn't drift nowhere. This is the only time Shulk drifted through space, we don't even see the moon. This also doesn't even scale to Shulk, its just drifting through space. Shulk doesn't have the ability to fly or anything

This calc can't be used for combat speed. Shulk doesn't react to the Bionis or Mechonis doing that. It travels that fast due to sheer size, a normal human would be able to react to that

I don't know if Fiora and Shulk scale to the XC2 cast in the DLC

Actually, in a cutscene where Shulk is talking with Alvis, they both actively float through space and the green teleporters are actually game mechanics. It's more implied they simple ran through Memory Space. Though it is still fairly vague.

Actually, that is even more blatant. The Monado II is exactly as potent as the one the Bionis uses, a casual awakened Zanza also outright blitzes the Bionis and Egil is comparable if not superior to the Bionis in power and speed. Shulk is more than capable of making his Monado that big and swinging it just as fast as the Bionis and Mechonis.

As for XB2 cross-scaling, I'm not sure how I feel about that, but XBX would be included in which there is some Massively FTL+ feats in that game so I hear.

There are actual teleporters similar to this in cutscenes, and there's a specific teleportation animation in gameplay, so I doubt its a game mechanic

They float through space, but Shulk doesn't control his flight, and he doesn't travel interplanetary distances, only several meters

Shulk can use the Monado with greater power than the Bionis, not speed. At no point is it stated he can swing it at the same speed as the Bionis

In some of those earlier areas yes, but the cutscenes showing Memory Space do not. When the party reaches Memory Space, we just see them all floating in space.

True, Shulk isn't controlling his flight, but at the beginning of the conversation, Saturn is in the background while a minute later, the Earth's satellite Moon is there instead.

That still means he upscales in both strength and speed. It doesn't need to be stated given we still have consistent fight scenes; the Bionis and Mechonis scale from each other, Zanza blitzes Mechonis easily, True form Meyneth was comparable to true form Zanza, Egil is stronger/faster than a weakened Meyneth who is equal to the Mechonis.

Also, I may wait for Xenoblade 3 to justify this, but the Fog Beasts from Future Connected are implied to be creatures from other Xenoblade universes' primarily similar to ones found in XBX. And we know XB3 plans to unite the XB games including the part where they expand upon Future Connected. And it would be consistent with Shulk and Fiora being comparable to Elma in XB2.

I disagree, but can you close this thread and open it 1 month after XB3 is released? I'll remind you, then I'll add justifications for a new speed tier (XB3 is likely gonna give us new speed feats that apply to XC1 cast as Melia is confirmed to appear though we don't know how much her stats change over the decades)
