Assuming that this is a combination of Son Goku (Xeno) and Vegeta (Xeno), this'll likely be a thoroughly used character in matches.

We have plenty of Verses that mention characters with no profiles, or even only have 1 character. Again Xeno Vegito and Vegeta aren't needed, you can make one if you want, but they aren't really necessary. And not really, Gogeta and Vegito don't get used nearly as much as Goku.
