Well all of gokus hacks that work on cresselia are better than her hacks that work on goku. I dont really see how they are far above that threshold. The dragon ball heroes multiverse is basically the same size as the dbh multiverse. So xeno goku is likely at least the same tier regardless. for goku to have a lower ap you would need the db heroes multiverse to be over billions of times smaller than the pokemon one. Which i highly doubt.

The multiverse has been implied has bee implied to have infinite (or by the staff standards, uncountable) timelines and timelines that are created through possibilities. E.g. if someone decides to walk left instead of right another timeline would exist where they go right. Meaning that it would result in an uncountable amount of timelines. tbh i actually think both multiverses are infinite. But even with 2-B ratings, both multiverses would be the same size.

That is true. However this would actually make this hundreds of millions of times greater than db xenoverses multiverse. Impressive, however ssj4 xeno goku is on par with ssjb capsule corp goku who should be massively above base demigra as well. So xeno goku is still around the same as creselia. also xeno goku has telepathy as well.

Besides, I don't really see why we automatically put a character so low into the scale just because of an unspecified number. I'd understand if the LT was into the Septuondecillions or something, but countless being something like "from the thousands to the billions at best" isn't so unreasonable.

Well demigra base is somewhat superior to ssj3 goku post ssg. If goku follows the same events (not to be confused with directly scaling) as the original series then he could be argued as being tens of millions of times base demigra in his ssjb transformation in the tournament of power. And ssj4 xeno goku scales to that. Plus base xeno goku fodderised giant demigra and fought demigra makyouka who casually warps a multiverse that would be even greater than before. And ssj4 is thousands of times that. Although he might be slightly lower in ap, it wouldnt be by a significant amount

Truth is there is no way to tell which multiverse is bigger as these multiverses would be rapidly expanding in size every second. So it really still comes down to who has the best hacks and abilities. and xeno goku takes that category.

I said earlier that hax is due to resisting cresselias abilites and having superior techniques. everything she can use to beat xeno goku, he has as well

Also i should mention that cresselia is still a lot weaker than palkia. So her number would probably be far less than what is actually shown. Likely around tens of millions.
