Just going to say that I believe Ryukama supports 2-A Xeno Goku if I recall, and some other highly respected staff memebers are neutral, so lets try to avoid calling people who believe in 2-A Xeno Goku wankers or ridiculing them. But that's besides the point, Cresselia stomps.

Gathers Dragon Balls and wishes to know all info on his enemy and proceeds to immediately seal after knowing the numerous haxes Cresselia has.
 
Goku has to set up the container and execute the technique. Cresselia just thinks and he's dead. Mafuba ain't gonna cut it here.

Edit: BTW, really telling that, even though the OP admits about the lack of Cresselia's "major haxxes", he still felt that Goku needed prep-time.
 
Both these characters are easily capable of wiping out a countless multiverse. If anything cresselia would be more comparable to base demigra in raw attack potency. Ssj4 would be vastly superior.

But assuming they are on par

Goku has shown to be able to resist mind manipulation meaning that mind hacks are almost useless. light and dark manipulation wont help considering that goku senses energy. goku has time manipulation which can make up for cressalias time travel and most of her other techniques are not anything goku has never dealt with before, apart from maybe ice and electricity.

Goku can mimic abilities and target pressure points and could definitely seal with prep time.

For me it looks like none of cresselias hacks will be effective on goku and it really boils down to a one on one fight. Goku due to being massively more skilled (and possibly higher attack potency) likely takes this.
 
b-but Cresselia scales somewhat to Dialga and Palkia. She has the AP advantage by miles
 
Dialga and palkia dont really have an ap advantage. They just hackstomp xeno goku. Also doesnt she have a possibly low multiversal rating?
