The Keyblade and all Keyblade Wielder should have the additional justification for Conceptual Manipulation (type 2) of being able to manipulate hearts. The Keyblade Wielders should still get Sealing Negation.

Xehanort should get Transmutation and Corruption from that time he turned Ansem's fellow pupils into Heartless and Nobodies.

The page of the X-Blade should mention that it can manipulate and control Kingdom Hearts.
