Apologies if my last battle was a mismatch. But I think this one might be better so let's give it a chance.

Both are Virtual Beings with great power. NEO see's X.A.N.A as a huge potential threat and wishes to stop him from causing any harm.

I don't see NEO winning this. X.A.N.A. seems to outclass him in most regards. Granted I haven't read Digimon Next as of yet so I dunno his full capabilities (no offense to the guy who made it, but I'm usually skeptical of our older Digimon pages). So I'm going with X.A.N.A.

Also, since when did XANA have existential erasure? He's never erased anyone from existence nor has anyone in CL for that matter.

X.A.N.A after Season 2 should have it. I believe in Seasons 1 and 2 XANA was able to be "killed" (or trapped because I dont know exactly) when the Super Computer got shut off. But after those seasons XANA isnt limited to that anymore and is likely a completely immortal being.

No he shouldn't.

XANA was very much dead when he was briefly killed by the computer shutting off. He only survived because they had to turn it back on so Aelita wouldn't die.

He didn't revive on his own accord. He was accidentally revived by Doctor Tyron.

Im on the Code Lyoko Wiki atm and it doesnt say Tyron revived X.A.N.A. All it says is that X.A.N.A hid itself inside the Cortex that was MADE by Tyron, so Tyron didnt really do anything. Tyron even admitted he knew nothing of XANA period.

Plus X.A.N.A mysterously implanted parts of itself into the Lyoko warrior's before its supposed destruction, otherwise known as Source Codes, that let XANA survive.

Then that isn't Regenerationn, it's him wisely planning and going through a well-exectured contingincy plan. He was extremely weakened and repaired itself via the cortex's computer programs, not via regen.

If he's repairing himself then that should count as regenerating himself too, unless im missing something.

He's feeding off of Tyron's computer which is more absorbing power or using that tech for himself than anything else, which isn't out of the question since he's a powerful technopath.

True but since X.A.N.A in general can control any technological, Supercomputers being one of the main things he holds onto, then X.A.N.A should be able to regenerate from absorbing the power of anything tech like he possesses, right?

That's healing from absorbing power which is either

A) Healing, not regen, which can be different depending how the ability is used in context

B) A weakness of his healing since he can't passively heal.

Hmm I guess so. But would it be pointless for X.A.N.A to "heal" in most cases if he can just imput parts of his existence into his enemys without them even sensing or realizing it, thus still exist?

The only reason X.A.N.A needed to heal in this case is because he was weakened by the Multi-Agrent System, a system that could casually destroy all of X.A.N.A's replika's extremely quickly and spread out throughout the network to erase XANA's presence in general. And this program needed a lot of energy to power, such as from Franz Hopper, the super computer, and even the core of lyoko itself. This doesnt seem like something that just any opponent Xana would face can do.

Also I take my statement back. I did some more looking and it also doesnt state that XANA would die when the Super Computer shuts off. It says that Xana would be put into a NEAR-death state (or coma) when the super computer shuts off. Basically all it does is make Xana permanently sleep, not permanently dead. It explains why Aelita only goes into Coma's and doesnt die when the super computer shuts off. So this means XANA can't be killed that way.
