I don't think that change anything, especially since it's just a remake of what she did in the first place during the past.

I think she just created an illusion of the moon vaguely high in the sky, really, a bit like what Augusta does in her ult.

It was always the case, tho. It is repeated multiple times in her "story"/"about" section.
Iuno didn't answer. She simply watched as that other version of herself waved at someone in the distance, then swung lightly down from the tree and gave her skirt a playful shake.

"Everything you had is buried. This is where you belong now, and every day forward," the moon paused. "Even now, in illusion, you still refuse to forget yourself. You won't let go of your past and embrace a new, possible life. Such infuriating stubbornness."

Additionally, if I'm not wrong, we know Chaos is just some sort of "non-physical" place that holds possibilities, but I don't think it has any tangible existence (i.e physical) really. Even the Iuno we save isn't really a "physical" Iuno at all. So, yeah, I highly doubt it was a real moon situated at the Earth-Moon distance, rather than the same one in the regular world, which is just an illusion.

Though I wouldn't leave it outside of the equation, since the realm itself contains infinite possibilities. At best, I would slap it with a possibly rating on it

I re-checked just in case and yeah, it seems like a memory of what happened in the past. BUT since it also says the moon was destroyed a long time ago...eh, seems weird. I don't think we have any time-stamp between "now" and when Iuno did that shit, but I THINK it has to be a reasonable time, like a few years back. Whether "the moon was destroyed" before, I don't think we can know for sure (?).

I think it's a similar case than with Ovathrax, it's not a "real moon" but just...some sort of reconstruction of it using frequencies:

I personally wouldn't go with a possibly either, there is too little information to assume the arrow truly travelled that much distance to have an effect (and why would it even need to in the first place?). I think she just face-slapped the Dark Tide by "changing" the moon in the sky with hers, so that no one could see the old "corrupted" one anymore.

It seems that what happened is more like a metaphor during their fight. They can't see the tacet discord since the dark tide was covering it? It probably has some buff. which is why Iuno said this, which also adds additional info from her reasonance forte examination

It seems only Rever gets benefits from this patch
Also, ya, I decided to keep Iuno's second key instead of merging it
