It's generally just like Information Particles from Tensura which is also stated to transcend space-time, the purpose of Information Particles was to transfer information in 0 second though idk about Frequencies but it's pretty sure that's in this context instead of 5-D

Because transcending space-time is nothing special without a certain degree of additional context, this could be and probably will be, useful in the future but there isn't much we can do with this single scan (nor the others) right now

There’s something I’d like to discuss with you all. Rover currently has Type 2 Acausality on the profile due to Iuno’s statement.

However, according to the wiki, Type 2 Acausality still requires a present—just not a past or future.
The issue is that, in Iuno’s statement, she says she can’t even perceive Rover’s present. So how exactly would that work?
Additionally, wouldn’t the fact that the Aleph-1/Aemeath paradox involved Rover act as a counterpoint against Type 2 Acausality?
That said, my main concern is still the first point.

Furthermore, Rover should have resistance to fate manipulation. Cristoforo states several times that they cannot be affected by fate and is free to make they own choices. I can try to make a CRT about this; I believe it will be quite simple to pass.

Not sure if it can be acaus 4 because there isn't any specific mention of her relation to time, which a staff mentioned before is required. Though I believe this scan is being more literal, as what Buling is likely referring to is the fact that SK's true self exists deep in Tethy's which are a collection of sonoro spheres, as we know sonoro's have their own laws, so it might be her referencing that

It's just a more potent version of type 2 acaus, its not about Rover literally lacking a past but his connection to time being so detached that Iuno is unable to perceive it (even the most acausal characters still literally have past, present and futures due to well...literally existing in some dimension of time) even 1A's are bound to higher notions of time, so I don't personally see it as an issue

It could yeah, or it could be that void space doesn't care for a character being acausal. I think given the lack of context we have surrounding void space rn maybe it can be removed for resistance to precog, info analysis and retrocognition instead

I did lose my 50/50 on Hiyuki I need to wait for her rerun.

I got Phrolova at hard pity. but then I got two copies of her weapon at like 50 pulls.

I have a feeling the dev made it so the less frequent you pull, the better your luck is.

Also, I just realized something. In 2.5, we can use Phrolova's flower (a piece of her baton I believe) to stop time, shouldn't Phrolova herself have this ability?

I think it's not about stopping time but more like stopping the frequency thus stopping the moment of the surrounding environment.

My worst luck on waua was missing out 1.1 patch, I could have got Jinhsi and Chang li at that patch and there signature weapons there but missed out on the astirite and them, since 1.2 I been playing daily, got my first Lunite subs on 2.0 and it been nonstop sub to it. I managed to get every character (S1 ShoreKeeper, S1 Quinyan, S1 Yinlin) excpt Cantarella but I do have her signature weapon, Only non signature weapons I don't have are Brant, Roccia, Xialng Yao, and Zhezi weapons. I hoped we could have got an anniversary banner... so I can get these weapons and Canterella.
