This is Part 3 Wu Geng and Half Monster Garou

In-character, but both are serious about winning.

Win by whatever they would do in-character to win.

Both have basic knowledge of each other (For example: Wu Geng knows of Garou's use of Water Stream Rocking Smashing Fist and some of his basic moves whereas Garou knows about Wu Geng's Smelting Aura technique and some of his basic moves).

Speed equalized.

Wu Geng could simply one shot, seriously mountain level vs an at least large town level (personally feeling small city+ could be used but sadly no feats of that level), think it takes what around 10x power difference to one shot (not sure so if it's different please correct me), don't think Garou has the abilities needed to make up that type of power difference, Garou has speed advantage thanks to precog (unless the speed equalized rule negates precognition which I don't think it does but can't remember), but without any real abilities that negate durability, Garou doesn't really have much of a chance, gonna reread his page and see if there is any saving grace for him

doesn't matter, Wu Geng is still so much stronger that he doesn't need a special move to beat Garou, so no point in really bringing it up due to the sheer scale of a power disadvantage, plus if Wu Geng knows he has that move, which here they have basic knowledge so yes, he knows to watch out for it
