Maxwell's profile is such a mess, it at least points out where his powers come from tho.
Anyway he definitely has things to take out Timmy, like Void Manip, but they mostly can get countered by Timmy's fairies, their resistances and their regen. All while Maxwell has no answer to anything Timmy can wish, including taking away or negating anything Maxwell can grant to himself and potentially the notebook, if not Maxwell's ability to write in it. Voting Timmy.
