Would this grant Type 4 Acausality?

So I had this statement from Darkstalkers (Vampire Savior) translated a while back and I wasn’t sure how to interpret it exactly.

Would it fit Type 4 Acausality? As the characters from Makai (or the human universe, so vice versa) operate completely fine and not any differently between the two worlds despite those differences between them.

I’m thinking it is but I’m unsure.

If it isn’t, I don’t see what else it would qualify as. What would it give then, Time Manip resistance?
