Would this count as CM?

If you cause a rock to turn into dust for no reason, would that count as CM? To elaborate: it literally happened for no reason. The reason for why the rock turned to dust doesn't exist, it happened for the sake of happening.

I noticed that All-Fiction was suggested to have CM for erasing the "cause" building up to an effect, and got curious if this would be a similar thing.

This is under the assumption that Reality warping or matter manipulation is not a work here. The rock is an example.
