Would this count as Acausality Type 5?

Character A is stated to exist Subjectively when it comes to interaction. He can not be touched, and if light want's to interact with him he needs to allow it.

This extends to all interactions in the universe, including stuff like whether he could be seen, whether he was indescribable, whether he is a concept, etc. It's all based on whether he allows it to be.

In his regular state, everything acts as if he is not there, whether it be chemical or physical interactions.

Looks like Incorporeality to me without further context. There needs to be statements about said character existing outside causality alongside those feats.

Sounds like NEP. Perhaps type 5 aslect NEP that acts similarly to Acausality?
Well, it's never stated he doesn't exist, just that everything is forced to perform like he doesn't if he doesn't feel like being interacted with.

For example, even when he allowed himself to be interacted with and engaged in trade via a System, the System had to ask for his permission for him to be affected by sed trade.

Essentially anything that would affect him, or interact with him in any way, has to have his approval first.

Characters with NEP3 still exist, they just can't be interacted with by normal, "Characters still exist, but paradoxically behave as if they don't when attacked "
So yeah, If there is no context referring to cause and effect, this is more like NEP3 than Acau5.
