Red Irma makes the moon in the background move and fight with her. The moon is very much unlike a normal moon as it looks like it's only about a few meters in diameter and can be damaged, indicating that it's incredibly close. But it also managed to light the entire land in-game (the sky darkens when it moves away), and in-lore (the moon's shine actually strengthens all enemies, indicating it has a strong reach).

Depends on how much area the moon lights up, but AFAIK lighting up stuff can wield incredibly poor results.
