Would such a concept be L1-A?

Where would a concept, like space or time, scale if it predates reality and is the foundation for all space/time in reality? In the sense that space/time only starts existing after the concept and can't exist without it.

Depends really. Could be Type 1 or 2 depending on context but i am not really well versed on concepts so i would wait for another answer. Although unless these are true platonic concepts, I dont think they are touching 1-A.

Being just a concept is seen as some vague, abstract force that predates the world, which is enough for normal Type 1 concepts that don’t scale anywhere. If concept isn’t equal to essence/whatness, based on what I’ve seen of Ultima comments and here are the that feats are needed

Something that predates reality would be a type 1, and the op is asking about low outer not outer, so platonic concepts aren’t necessary here.

I see. I though that it may be enough for L1-A based on another comment from him and i also saw a similar argument be used for 1-A on a CRT for LOTM.

When Ultima says 'universals' and uses it interchangeably with 'concepts': universals = whatness = qualities . So there needs to be evidence in the verse that concepts mean essence or qualities of things.

Any statement that would mean the concepts are whatness, as in what it is to be things . For example, the concept of space is why space is space. Another is that it is the very meaning of space, the definition. Things would not be what they are without concepts, etc.
