Would like some help calculating the AP of an FC's attack.

For this, the attack is described as generating a miniature sun with a radius of 3 metres, causing that sun to go supernova and firing that energy in a concentrated beam.

I'm looking for what the AP of such an attack would be, as well as the durability of the villain who is able to completely tank that attack.
