Would diavlo see dio in stop time?

He could see the future, yes. Won't be able see what happens in time being stopped, but can see the aftermath of said action.

If DIO acts before Diavolo, for me, it's a GG for DIO. But Epitaph can see what would happen if Diavolo isn't careful with him not being able to act the moment he start to underrate DIO's ability. What you said... I think the erased time won't be felt by DIO but Diavolo won't be there to feel that too.

this shouldn't be a debate at all it's actually stupidly simple to understand
with epitaph diavolo sees a point in time 10 seconds in the future, and all that's gonna show is the end result
during skipped time Diavolo would be able to see things normally basically, and neither one lets him see stopped time, with epitaph he'd just see wherever dio is after he already stopped time at some point within the 10 seconds, and with time skip he'd just watch dio suddenly teleporting as do all characters that can't move in time stop
if you mean without using his future sight, then he wouldn't see anything since it's made pretty clear that only other time stoppers would be able to move in stopped time

Well... it's kinda hard to guess. If it's in the same moment, Diavolo will erase the seconds in future, but those seconds erased would happen after DIO's TW ends. So... I guess he'll receive the damage and then KC happens? TW doesn't stack the damage and then put all on the target when the time stop ends (at least not on this wiki, read Jotaro's note for more information), so he'd be Muda Muda'd.

He LITERALLY erases time, it's flat out stated time and time again to remove time from the world as a whole. He literally erases time, and it even effects space as well, hell it basically puts everything into a state of nonexistent too, it's why shit just phases through him in deleted time, such as Aerosmith's bullets, and why he can't actually interact with anything (as said in jojoveller, he cant actually touch anything while its deleted), it's deleted, he can't interact with what is gone.
How the hell are you going to argue "He doesn't erase time literally", when the manga and guides shove it down your throat he deletes a fraction of time from the world as a whole.
And to answer the question, he wouldn't see what Dio does in stopped time via Epitaph, it'd just look like Dio is teleporting or what not, Epitaph lets him see the future, it doesn't let him see actions that take place in a literal instant in zero time at all.

You know, like Diavolo quite literally says in the very first scene he's in and then reiterated multiple times past that point, but yeah dude "I erase time, nothing in this world exists in the timeframe I've removed" must be lying.
Things don't move, ever, it's always been projections because they technically don't exist at that moment. Think of it like holograms. The only time it wasn't, was with Requiem, and I don't think I need to explain why he's an outlier among literally everything else that ever existed.
But surely, you must be right and every character, the 30+ statements, dozen or so scenes, two guides and more must be wrong.

Right there, in the bio alone, written from an omniscient, unbiased, narrator not sullied by any character's perspective, it flatout says they're just images, when he sees people and shit moving? They're forecasts (Which is why he constantly says "I've forecasted your actions/movements" when in time skip), they're merely images, projections, of what they would have done. This is stated multiple times, but hey, here's an easy to read digestible explanation of his ability the manga flat out gives you.
That's the only scan you're getting, I shouldn't have to spoonfeed you constantly.
