Worst Users Of Every Power

Speaking of Henry, he might also be a good candidate for Broadway Force and Social Influencing (this falls under both):

This time, rather than being a sucky ability, this one is being suggested because it's TOO DANG GOOD TO BE PRACTICAL..! While, yes, it worked in Completing the Mission, the fact that Henry's Distraction Dance failed in Fleeing the Complex implies that Henry will also get himself caught in an endless loop.

I mean...If henry knows that he has no chance of beating someone, he can just pull it as a way to incon.

Since his broadway force became better later in the series, I don't think it can be added. I also think it can still be useful like what @Livinmeme said.
And besides, I think I found a worse one: Rayman can only make enemies start dancing AFTER defeating them, thus making it completely useless during battle.

(Most D&D Wizards also have access to a lot of other teleportation spells, some smaller in distance crossed but way more reliable and handy, some higher level that straight-up allow you to travel the multiverse)

Not a single person but a rep for the whole group. The Kyurangers for Cloth Manipulation, it literally just gives them new clothes

Nominating the Authority (Current key) for worst Longevity and Self-Sustenance (he can honestly share this spot with Ted as both were kept alive solely to suffer).

The Authority gains these from being trapped in a practically indestructible crystal sphere he cannot escape. While he can never truly die as long as he stays inside of it, his body continues to age. After thousands of years, he's reduced to an extremely frail and senile old man who is in a constant state of near death, lacks any sort of coherent thought, and is almost completely incapable of doing anything.

He not only was left there completely alone for millennia but now he can barely even do, think, or feel anything. Who would want to live like that? The worst (or rather best) part is if he somehow manages to get out of this horrible prison and is exposed to the wind, he'll immediately turn to dust and perish.
I would also like to nominate Porky Minch (Absolutely Safe Capsule key) for worst Invulnerability as a replacement for Magent Magent.

Now here's another character with a terrible fate similar to the Authority. Porky cannot be harmed by absolutely anything in his verse while he's inside of the ASC. The catch? He can never leave nor interact with the outside world ever again. He'll still be alive even after the universe itself is gone, trapped for eternity.

Magent Magent can be locked at the bottom of a river, but at least it'll eventually dry out. His defense might not be as good, but at least he can still willingly turn it off to die. At least he can move around instead of being stuck in a box until the end of time.

Nominating Lauren for worst Peak Human Physical Characteristics (There are definitely characters who are way worse but this is the only one I could find with the ability actually listed). Other than her durability which is honestly not even that good, she's almost a completely normal human. She has a flashlight that she can possibly use as a weapon but we have never seen her do that like ever.
Nominating Ditto (no, not the Pokemon) for worst Duplication. He (or rather they) can duplicate infinitely through binary fission. However, the Dittos share some sort of link that makes it so that if even one of them gets hurt, all of the other ones will also feel the pain. If one of them is killed or is in so much pain that he's knocked out, the others will experience it as well and will most likely die from shock or be incapacitated since their pain tolerance appears to be on par with a normal human. Another weakness is that the Dittos won't be able to change back into Ben if even one of them is too far apart from the others. If we're using the Original key, they're also only 10-B and might be even weaker than that since a normal human can easily overpower and ragdoll an entire group of them.

It's worth noting that Ben later on gains access to a different alien who is basically Ditto but better in every way including the fact that his clones don't share a link so they can get hurt and die without affecting the others, making Ditto's role in his army of aliens obsolete.
The only thing Ditto has over Echo Echo is underwater breathing.

Nominating Minerva for worst Healing (as a replacement for Slime Bunny) and Causality Manipulation. Her Authority reverses causality which causes any damage she deals to a target, no matter directly or indirectly, to instead heal them. This works on herself as well. It functions almost the same way as Slime Bunny's healing with one small difference. Healing someone at a certain location requires her Authority to extract the mana of the world itself from a different location which happens to cause natural disasters that will kill as many people as she saves. This has caused the nations of the world to label her as the most dangerous witch even though all she wants to do is to help people and she isn't even the strongest witch around.

Nominating Cosmo for worst Omniscience. She really only uses it for All-Out Halloween which while not a bad move can be avoided by staying out of her range or apparently just not saying the word "Halloween". Other than that, her feats with what is supposed to be infinite knowledge is absolutely lackluster compared to other characters who have the ability. It even makes her unable to say anything other than "Halloween". The only way she can have a normal conversation with someone is within her mindscape, except anyone who goes there dies.

Thought this was a fun idea. Basically this thread is about finding people who have a certain Power/Ability, it is incredibly niche, useless, self-destructive or just really weak. Or maybe it's useful, but they're really bad at using it. (Not just being unable to draw out its full potential, I mean "actually worthless" levels of incompetency)

For example, Scolippi from JoJo's Stand, Rolling Stones has Death Manipulation, but he can't control it in any way, it just foresees the deaths of people who are fated to die, which prevents from dying until that moment, but it tries chasing them down and give them a peaceful death. Not only has this ruined Scolippi's life, but Rolling Stones is completely useless offensively AND defensively. Another example is Kaido Wataru, whose Dimensional Travel can only be done in an incredibly risky motorbike maneuver and has basically no practical use whatsoever.

Abilities that are useless on their own but become useful when coupled with another of the character's powers should preferably not be suggested, since they aren't actually useless for the character. Also, if a character has a useless showing of an ability, but also simultaneously has access to a more powerful version of the same P&A, this should preferably not be suggested unless that only happens in a later key or is only accessible via optional equipment, in which case it's fine.

So yeah, feel free to suggest any really stupid and lame abilities any character might have, and I'll add them to this list.
  • Absolute Zero
  • Absorption
  • Abstract Existence
  • Acausality
  • Accelerated Development - Komugi (Hunter X Hunter) - Komugi's abilities in Gungi, a board game, evolve incredibly any time she plays, but if she ever loses a game, she will die. Otherwise useless.
  • Acid Manipulation
  • Acrobatics
  • Adaptation
  • Additional Limbs - Xavier: (Xavier Renegade Angel) - Has had extra limbs exactly once for the sake of a gag.
  • Adhesive Manipulation - Koriel Number 12 (Baroque) - Certain pieces of equipment may be Adhesive, which prevents Number 12 from removing them. Basically the only positive is that they can't be stolen or forcibly removed by others.
  • Afterimage Creation - Tanzra & The Lord of Light (ActRaiser) - Followed by a trail of afterimages. Completely useless.
  • Age Manipulation - Ainur (Lord of the Rings) - Can cause people to not age (though they still die when their time is up), which is useless on themselves given they're immortal.
  • Air Manipulation
  • Alternate Future Display - Pennywise (It, 2017) - Can show others darker timelines to scare them. Not really bad but the worst case of the very few users of AFD.
  • Animal Manipulation - Hunter Slugcat (Rain World) - Makes more powerful predators spawn and makes them more aggressive towards the hunter, with even otherwise neutral species trying to kill it on sight.
  • Antimatter Manipulation - - Ant-Man (Scott Lang, Marvel Comics) - Turned himself into antimatter on accident, which would cause him to explode on contact with normal matter.
  • Astral Projection - Jake Long (American Dragon: Jake Long) - Can manipulate his astral form for mental training of sorts using a special incense.
  • Attack Reflection
  • Aura - Maids such as Lunamaria (I Was Caught up in a Hero Summoning, but That World Is at Peace) - Their aura is not only completely useless but only visible to other Maids.
  • Automatic Translation - Lupin III (Lupin III) - Owns a a device capable of translating the language of dolphins, which must be wrapped around a dolphin's body to operate.
  • Avatar Creation - The Lord of Light (ActRaiser) - Can only be used on statues built in their image. Not useless and in fact an important tool of theirs, but it's a pretty big restriction especially when considering SBA.
  • Awakened Power
  • Berserk Mode
  • Beyond-Dimensional Existence
  • BFR - Vector (Marvel Comics) - Can push himself and others nearby through the fabric of space and Self-BFR himself.
  • Biological Manipulation - Ant-Man (Scott Lang, Marvel Comics) - Can shrink his own organs to feel sick
  • Black Hole Creation - The Player (Combat Warriors) - Has no control over the black hole and is very likely to be killed by it.
  • Blessed
  • Blood Manipulation
  • Bodily Weaponry
  • Body Control - Father (Fullmetal Alchemist) - Can make his facial features appear and disappear. Normally useless, particularly so given who has it.
  • Body Puppetry
  • Bone Manipulation
  • Breaking the Fourth Wall
  • Breath Attack
  • Broadway Force - Rayman (Rayman) - Can make bosses dance but only after defeating them.
  • Camouflage
  • Causality Manipulation
  • Chaos Manipulation - Ganondorf (The Legend of Zelda) - Causes vague and unusable amounts of discord and disaster.
  • Chi Manipulation - Karate Kid (Earth-Prime, DC Comics) - Can make people fall asleep by manipulating their chakra, however this seems to be unusable in combat.
  • Clairvoyance
  • Cloth Manipulation
  • Conceptual Manipulation
  • Construction
  • Corrosion Inducement
  • Corruption - Ghirahim (The Legend of Zelda) - Can only corrupt certain small animals, and only at night.
  • Cosmic Awareness
  • Creation - Fil Necati (Kral Şakir) - Can sometimes create watermelons from his nose.
  • Crystal Manipulation - Catherine The Great (Majo Taisen) - Can create small useless crystals when transforming.
  • Curse Manipulation - The Living One (Arcanum) - Has access to various weapons that subtly undermine them in various ways while wielded, sometimes permanently.
  • Cyborgization
  • Damage Boost - Bonus attack users from Puzzle and Dragons - Bonus attack requires setup to use, it can't be boosted by multipliers, it has no element so it can't hit for weakness exploitation, and only does 1 damage total, though that damage can't be resisted.
  • Damage Reduction
  • Damage Transferal - The Accused (FLEAUX!) - Can only transfer damage to an ally, which is still useful but not a restriction the power usually has. Additionally there's a decent bit of danger involved in casting Sorceries at all given it can make casting future spells harder and eventually cause Chaos Revenge.
  • Danmaku
  • Darkness Manipulation
  • Data Manipulation
  • Death Manipulation - Scolippi (JoJo) - His Stand, Rolling Stones, is not controlled by him, it just senses future deaths of those nearby and tries to kill them before that fate can happen. This has ruined Scolippi's life and has no use in combat.
  • Deconstruction - Bracken (Lethal Company) - Instantly decomposes upon death.
  • Density Manipulation
  • Dimensional Manipulation
  • Dimensional Travel - Kaido Wataru (Kurayami Dance) - By successfully performing an incredibly risky bike maneuver, Kaido can visit the world of the afterlife, which serves no practical purpose.
  • Disease Manipulation - Koriel Number 12 (Baroque) - Can give others (or himself) a stomachache, which lowers stats a bit and doesn't do much else.
  • Dream Manipulation
  • Duplication
  • Durability Negation
  • Ectoplasm Manipulation
  • Earth Manipulation - Mevolent (Skulduggery Pleasant) - Can only turn himself into a stone statue for a random amount of time, which could be decades.
  • Elasticity - Nephilem - When shrinking back into a fetus, which allows him to crawl through small spaces, the Nephilem becomes very bouncy. This mostly makes control harder.
  • Electricity Manipulation - David (Battle For Dream Island) - Can yell loudly enough to emanate small sparks.
  • Elemental Manipulation
  • Empathic Manipulation - Faramir (Lord of the Rings) - Faramir's presence naturally invokes feelings of respect and nobility in others, though this aura is much weaker in him than it would be in a Numenorean.
  • Empowerment - Lunamaria (I Was Caught up in a Hero Summoning, but That World Is at Peace) - Can temporarily increase her Maid Power, which is completely useless as detailed in "Aura", which also leaves her exhausted.
  • Energy Manipulation
  • Energy Projection - The Accused (FLEAUX!) - If a character fails to cast spells repeatedly in one day, they will suffer Chaos Revenge, which has a variety of negative effects, including emanating a powerful burst of energy that hurts all nearby, which is usually going to be your party members. You can't even use it strategically since there's only a 1/6 chance of it happening on a Chaos Revenge.
  • Enhanced Senses - Gorilla (Real World) - Slightly better hearing and smell, otherwise roughly at human levels.
  • Existence Erasure - Pandora (Street Fighter X Tekken) - Can only erase itself.
  • Explosion Manipulation - Hector Salamanca (Breaking Bad) - Can make himself explode by repeatedly ringing a bell, which can easily be reacted to. Is otherwise paralyzed.
  • Extrasensory Perception - May (Guilty Gear) - Can sense that a person is bald even if their heads aren't visible. This terrifies her.
  • Fate Manipulation - Hector (Fire Emblem) - Fated to die on a battlefield, which is pretty bad in a series about war and his death does end up screwing his side of the conflict pretty badly.
  • Fear Manipulation - Employee (Lobotomy Corporation) - Can only be used when they're driven insane, and they have resistance to Madness Manipulation which only becomes better with their equipment. This madness will also cause them to commit suicide.
  • Fire Manipulation - Jimmy (Fangs) - Will be set on fire when exposed to silver or entering a church.
  • Fissionism
  • Flight - Father (Fullmetal Alchemist) - Despite being gaseous in nature, Father is stuck inside his flask and will die if it's broken, as such this doesn't have any use.
  • Forcefield Creation
  • Fragrance Manipulation - The Accused (FLEAUX!) - Can make a target smell of manure until next dawn. This has basically no use and there's a decent bit of danger involved in casting Sorceries at all given it can make casting future spells harder and eventually cause Chaos Revenge.
  • Free Movement
  • Fungus Manipulation
  • Fusionism - Koriel Number 12 (Baroque) - Can fuse with God upon finding their physical location, which is through a long, difficult dungeon, and he also needs to take special precautions to not go insane in their presence.
  • Genius Intelligence - Komugi (Hunter X Hunter) - A genius solely in the regards of Gungi, a board game, kind of stupid otherwise.
  • Gravity Manipulation - Naota Nandaba (FLCL) - When the portal in his head activates he will be tossed around by gravity. He has no control over this.
  • Hacking
  • Hair Manipulation - Kusuo Saiki (Saiki Kusuo No Psi Nan) - Can swap hairstyles with others.
  • Healing - Slime Bunny (Epic Battle Fantasy) - Fights only by healing opponents.
  • Higher-Dimensional Existence - Dan Phantom (Danny Phantom) - Is the embodiment of the timeline, but due to his unstable nature, he's passively destroying the timeline and himself so eventually he ends up taking himself out as well as the timeline.
  • Hive Mind
  • Holy Manipulation
  • Homing Attack
  • Ice Manipulation
  • Illusion Creation
  • Immersion
  • Immortality (Type 4) - Blades (Xenoblade) - Whenever a Driver resonates with a dead Blade's core crystal, they will be resurrected, with no memories of their previous life. This has absolutely no combat applicability.
  • Incorporeality
  • Information Analysis - Terry Bogard (Fatal Fury) - Specially skilled in accurately guessing a woman's measurements.
  • Information Manipulation
  • Inorganic Physiology - Bubble (Battle for Dream Island) - Still vulnerable to things that IP would normally protect from, and also has the same durability a bubble would despite her AP.
  • Instinctive Action
  • Intangibility - Father (Fullmetal Alchemist) - Despite being gaseous in nature, Father is stuck inside his flask and will die if it's broken, as such this doesn't have any use.
  • Invisibility - The Accused (FLEAUX!) - Can only render a small weapon invisible and only until they draw it, upon which it must rapidly draw blood or the caster takes damage. Additionally there's a decent bit of danger involved in casting Sorceries at all given it can make casting future spells harder and eventually cause Chaos Revenge.
  • Invulnerability - Magent Magent (JoJo) - Can make himself invulnerable to basically all harm if he remains immobile in a kneeling position.
  • Large Size - Suez Canal Crab (Monument Mythos) - Could barely move due to its weight and eventually died just by tripping and falling over.
  • Law Manipulation - Hamazura Shiage (To Aru) - As a level 0 esper, these abilities cannot be observed at any level above that which only an electron microscope can see.
  • Life Manipulation - Pepsiman (PS1) - Gives life to objects that actively hunt him down.
  • Light Manipulation - Monarch of Pointland (Flatland) - Can cause a glow when he speaks. However as he is completely immobile and cannot see the 3D world this glow is even more useless than the average light would be; Spirit Jellyfish (Elden Ring) - Can glow red. This does nothing.
  • Longevity
  • Madness Manipulation - Employee (Lobotomy Corporation) - Can only be used when they're driven insane, and they have resistance to Madness Manipulation which only becomes better with their equipment. This madness will also cause them to commit suicide.
  • Magic
  • Magma Manipulation
  • Magnetism Manipulation - Clefairy (Pokémon) - Can create magnetic fields with seemingly no use, if in a large enough group.
  • Marksmanship
  • Martial Arts - Velma Dinkley (Velma) - Her achievements are in women's self defense classes, which are generally less effective than proper martial arts training.
  • Mathematics Manipulation
  • Matter Manipulation
  • Memory Manipulation - Tōya Kagari (XBlaze) - Passively erases his own memories.
  • Metal Manipulation
  • Mind Manipulation - Meng Xia - The ability will only be activated when she is near the inevitable death (being in coma for three years due to car crash in Meng Xia's case). It is not combat-applicable and it actually won't affect the "real world".
  • Morality Manipulation
  • Multilocation
  • Multiple Selves - Xavier: (Xavier Renegade Angel) - His snake hand is alive, and other severed body parts can regrow into snakes.
  • Nanotechnology
  • Necromancy
  • Nigh-Omniscience
  • Non-Physical Interaction
  • Non-Standard Breathing
  • Nonexistent Physiology
  • Omnipresence
  • Omniscience
  • Organic Manipulation - Koriel Number 12 (Baroque) - With a certain item, can make himself or others secrete a mysterious liquid. Has absolutely no practical effect.
  • Pain Manipulation
  • Paper Manipulation
  • Paralysis Inducement - The Soul Blazer (Soul Blazer) - Can only be used against enemies too strong for him to hurt, which isn't useless, in fact it is quite handy, but he needs to strike them with one specific sword rather than other, more powerful ones which might allow him to actually inflict damage.
  • Peak Human Physical Characteristics
  • Perception Manipulation
  • Petrification - Tiamat (Spelunky) - When she dies, Tiamat will be petrified.
  • Photographic Memory - The Accused (FLEAUX!) - Through a Profession (which they can only have 2 of, and many give very important buffs so you're sacrificing a lot for this), the Accused can memorize everything they hear with a successful Willpower roll. Not only does that have a chance of backfiring (Willpower rolling can cause the die to degrade and become smaller, and if it does so too much the character panics), but it's really not an impressive talent at all given that literally every character can do this as long as the person playing them pays attention.
  • Physics Manipulation
  • Plant Manipulation - Hunter Slugcat (Rain World) - Makes more powerful predators spawn and makes them more aggressive towards the hunter, with even otherwise neutral species trying to kill it on sight.
  • Plasma Manipulation
  • Platform Creation - Sans (Undertale) - Sans' platforms aid Frisk in avoiding his attacks and have no other purpose.
  • Plot Manipulation - Nega-Chin (The Fairly OddParents!) - Always doomed to lose to good.
  • Pocket Reality Manipulation - Haruhi Suzumiya (The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya) - Unaware of her ability to create closed spaces. Not combat applicable and can be harmful to her world.
  • Poison Manipulation - Commander Rimanah (E.Y.E: Divine Cybermancy) - Passively releases a chemical substance that forces certain insects to flee from him. These insects are basically a complete non-threat and not even particularly common.
  • Portal Creation - Naota Nandaba (FLCL) - Has a portal in his head that he has little control over and that summons robots that attempt to kill him, and causes other inconveniences.
  • Possession
  • Power Absorption
  • Power Bestowal
  • Power Mimicry
  • Power Modification
  • Power Nullification - The Soul Blazer (Soul Blazer) - Only works on magma attacks, and since it's cast by a light shone around the soul orbiting him, sufficiently fast ones still have a chance of reaching him.
  • Precognition - Miyama Kaito (I Was Caught up in a Hero Summoning, but That World Is at Peace) - Can only sense whether the "baby castella" dish prepared by Kuro will be good or bad.
  • Preparation
  • Pressure Points - Gorilla (An Extremely Attractive Gorilla) - Can... You know what, just look for yourself.
  • Probability Manipulation - Milo Murphy (Phineas & Ferb) - Actively negative bad luck.
  • Psychometry
  • Purification
  • Quantum Manipulation - Hamazura Shiage (To Aru) - As a level 0 esper, these abilities cannot be observed at any level above that which only an electron microscope can see.
  • Radiation Manipulation -
  • Rage Power - Trina Riffin (Grojband) - Her power gets amped to ridiculous extents, however it only lasts about 20 seconds and she couldn't aim worth jack with it.
  • Reactive Evolution - JC Denton (Deus Ex) - Lockpicks automatically modify their shape to that of the lock. This isn't useless but I think it's fair to say it's much worse than actually becoming stronger in combat, especially when it still takes multiple to open most locks.
  • Reality Warping - Deathtoll (Soul Blazer) - While immense in scope, Deathtoll needed to make a business deal with the King of the world to actually use these abilities. Presumably, he can't otherwise.
  • Reconstruction
  • Regeneration - Hundun (Spelunky) - When his heads are destroyed, the holes they made in Hundun's shell close. Unfortunately, he is also incapacitated if his heads are destroyed.
  • Resistance - Tingle (Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland) - Resistance to Healing. 'Nuff said.
  • Resistance Negation
  • Resurrection - Koichi Zenigata (Lupin III) - Resurrected after heart failure by hearing Lupin's name.
  • Retrocognition
  • Sand Manipulation
  • Sealing - Phalanx (Ghosts 'n' Goblins) - Can only seal himself away.
  • Self-Destruction - Hector Salamanca (Breaking Bad) - Can make himself explode by repeatedly ringing a bell, which can easily be reacted to. Is otherwise paralyzed.
  • Self-Sustenance - Ted (I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream) - Kept alive forever in a helpless, agonizing form as a means of torture.
  • Sense Manipulation
  • Shapeshifting - Sissel, Yomiel and Missile (Ghost Trick) - Ghosts can change their appearance at will. However, they are also invisible and must meet very specific circumstances to let others see them, making the whole thing pretty pointless most of the time.
  • Size Manipulation - Randō (Yu Yu Hakusho) - While this greatly weakens whoever it's cast on, it has an obvious, long-winded buildup and can be countered and reflects onto the user if it's not perfectly enunciated or not fully heard by the target.
  • Sleep Manipulation - Kamen Rider Wizard (Kamen Rider) - Can only make himself fall asleep.
  • Small Size - Monarch of Pointland (Flatland) - Is a point.
  • Smoke Manipulation - John Constantine (Vertigo/DC Comics) - Can make images appear in smoke, as well as make smokers choke on theirs a bit.
  • Soul Manipulation - Deathtoll (Soul Blazer) - While immense in scope, Deathtoll needed to make a business deal with the King of the world to actually use these abilities. Presumably, he can't otherwise.
  • Sound Manipulation - Pepsi-Drinking Man (Pepsiman) - His Pepsi plays the Pepsiman theme when about to be drank.
  • Spatial Manipulation - Young (Anodyne, Second Key) - The Swap Tool can be used to literally swap pieces of the environment, however in this key Young doesn't have the strength to use it that way and can only use it to move blocks in one specific puzzle.
  • Statistics Amplification - God (Epic Battle Fantasy) - Passively boosts his enemies' stats.
  • Statistics Reduction - Gebura (Lobotomy Corporation) - Passively reduces her own stats, though she does also have a form of offensive stat reduction.
  • Status Effect Inducement
  • Stealth Mastery
  • Subjective Reality - Hamazura Shiage (To Aru) - As a level 0 esper, these abilities cannot be observed at any level above that which only an electron microscope can see.
  • Summoning - Princess Elise - Can not control her summoning, which happens when she dies or despairs, and it just kills everyone, including her.
  • Superhuman Physical Characteristics - Lily Pad (Plants vs. Zombies) - Has superhuman durability and LS, but is effectively immobile and defenseless.
  • Supernatural Luck - Bennett (Genshin Impact) - Bennett is extremely unlucky, to the point that earthquakes have sometimes split the ground under him, entire teams have abandoned him because of his bad luck rubbing off, his enemies (whom he picks to be much weaker than him as he'd otherwise not stand a chance) basically never miss and a thunderstorm conjures up instantly just to ruin what would have been a pleasant day for him.
  • Supernatural Willpower
  • Surface Scaling
  • Technology Manipulation - Kusuo Saiki (Saiki Kusuo No Psi Nan) - Can upgrade PCs to Windows 10.
  • Telekinesis
  • Telepathy - Garrett (Thief) - Only capable of hearing telepathic conversations, but cannot communicate through them.
  • Teleportation - Henry Stickmin (Henry Stickmin Collection) - Owns a mainly unreliable teleporter that typically just puts him into danger.
  • Temperature Manipulation - Uiharu Kazari (To Aru) - Can keep the temperature of something she's wrapping her hand around stable. Since she has to directly touch it it doesn't even work on extremely hot or cold objects.
  • Text Manipulation - Bearded Devil (Dungeons & Dragons) - Can mark a soul it has corrupted with their name, but with their role in devil society they're fairly unlikely to ever achieve this.
  • Thread Manipulation
  • Time Manipulation
  • Time Stop
  • Time Travel - Rintarou Okabe (Steins;Gate) - Can send data back to the past only following a very complex series of limitations.
  • Toon Force
  • Transduality
  • Transformation - Humans (The Amazing Digital Circus) - If extremely stressed, they can irreversibly transform into violent monsters, effectively permanently killing them when they are otherwise immortal)
  • Transmutation - Kusuo Saiki (Saiki Kusuo No Psi Nan) - Can carbonate any drink.
  • Underground Mobility
  • Underwater Breathing
  • Unholy Manipulation
  • Vector Manipulation
  • Vehicular Mastery
  • Vibration Manipulation - Ichiban Kasuga (Like A Dragon) - uhh
  • Void Manipulation
  • Water Manipulation - John Constantine (Vertigo/DC Comics) - Caused the image of a snake to appear in his glass.
  • Weapon Control
  • Weapon Creation - Woof (Death Road to Canada) - 1% chance to create nearly worthless throwable poop when barking.
  • Weapon Mastery - Spear Thrower (TABS) - Decent at throwing spears, but only carries one at a time and needs a few seconds to spawn another, has no tactical thinking or other means of combat.
  • Weather Manipulation
  • Zero-Dimensionality - Monarch of Pointland (Flatland) - Is a point.
  • A LOT OF ABILITIES - Straizo (JoJo) - Has access to Hamon which gifts him with over a dozen abilities, but using it will instantly kill him.
  • EVEN MORE ABILITIES - The Peasant (UnderMine) - The entire Curses section is entirely negative for The Peasant.
Shouldn't CRTs be made for these characters if there are problems with the powers and abilities they have listed? I mean, I don't mean to be a party pooper, but if everyone here has an issue with these characters having said powers/abilities, wouldn't it be wise to do some general maintenance?

It's not that there is anything wrong with them, just that their hax are either useless or can actively harm the user. Most of the characters listed here though don't have anything wrong with having the hax, especially when some of the hax are integral to the characters power set.

It's still instakill thought-based hax, the fact that you can not be hit by it if you're far enough isn't exactly the biggest dealbreaker
It relies on the opponent saying a certain word so not exactly thought based unless you mean the whole mindscape thing makes it thought based.
I honestly dunno what the Weaknesses section is on about there, I don't think that's true. Regardless this is pretty strong
It's copied directly from her page on the CSM wiki. There are only about 80 other characters who have Omniscience. I doubt we'll find anyone who's worse than her.

I just quickly looked through all the pages, and I think K.E.V.I.N. might also be a good contender for Omniscience, since he is only omniscient about what happens in the MCU.

Azathoth also has a tag for omniscience on his profile, but doesn't have the hax listed on its profile. If we count it though, that would also be a good contender considering how is described as a blind idiot god who is currently asleep.

Isn't that just how Omniscience work? They know everything about their verse but not necessarily about things outside of it?

Probably leftover from before his profile was updated. The ability needs to be listed in the P&A section to count and it's not even mentioned in his Intelligence section.

The page for omniscience implies that omniscient characters in a Vs setting know everything about their opponent and what they will or wont do. KEVIN however is directly limited to what goes on in the MCU, but realistically doesn’t have omniscient knowledge for characters outside of it. Basically since his omniscience has a limit in verse, it would also have the same limit in a vs sense.

No, it doesn't. The opponent in that context is an opponent within their verse. Omniscience only grants a character all knowledge of their own verse, not of other verses.

Nominating Gotta Sweep for worst Vector Manipulation. His ability to pull others requires constant direct contact and those affected can easily escape just by moving a little bit away from him even when they're under his speed reduction effect. It also lacks any offensive or defensive use (he can still be blasted away with BSODA even when you're already caught so it doesn't stop him from being attacked).
Following up with another character from the same verse, I'll nominate Playtime for worst Power Nullification as a replacement for the Soul Blazer. Her rope jumping game requires her to get close to the target and all it does is prevent them from walking or running for its duration. Any other form of movement is possible including jumping in different directions, teleporting, being pushed or pulled away by another force, flying (most likely since jumping works), anything to do with hands (opening doors and using items), etc.
The game can be interrupted through many means which will cause it to immediately end and force Playtime to wait for 15 seconds before she can find another person to play with. These means consist of merely utilizing some of the forms of movement mentioned above (particularly being pushed and pulled away, teleporting, and likely flying), getting out of her line of sight (much easier than it seems because while her rope will follow you during the game, she herself won't and will immediately lose you due to her poor eyesight and short memory. This can be done by turning a corner, entering a different room, hiding in a locker or a cloud of dust, etc), and showing hostility or otherwise attacking her (such as pushing her away with BSODA and cutting the jump rope).

The game itself is also very easy and will only hinder a target for at least several seconds if they can land every jump.

Nominating Scott Pilgrim for worst Toon Force. All it does is make harmless onomatopoeia texts that others can see appear whenever he does something and has zero uses in combat.

It's not that there is anything wrong with them, just that their hax are either useless or can actively harm the user. Most of the characters listed here though don't have anything wrong with having the hax, especially when some of the hax are integral to the characters power set.
Oh. Well then, never mind.

Was there not previously someone listed for Toon Force?

Since my nomination for Megumin wasn't considered bad enough for some reason, I'll nominate this girl for worst Power Mimicry instead. The first paragraph of her Notable Attacks/Techniques section describes it so... I don't think I have to specifically point out why it's bad.

Thing is, it can copy a high variety of supernatural skills, copies permanently, can copy an seemingly unlimited number of skills and also copies the stats of the original user. While the conditions to copy blow, it is still a super good copy skill, which made the user the strongest mortal in their universe.

There are a ton of copy skills that are worse, because they are either super limited (e.g. copying only martial arts or mundane magic) or don't permanently copy things or copy things at lesser power. A shame that I had the profile of the "Battle in 5 Second After Meeting"-girl who copies a single ability at 10% of its power deleted...

I think Baby would be a worse user. It only copies the effects of things the user already has access to.

Not sure if this would beat out the current holder for worst Electricity Manipulation, but Coco Jumbo from JoJo has Electricity Manipulation off of the fact that its room within Mr. President seemingly has power despite no external power source. I'd argue that being able to produce some form of tangible electricity is better than making a tiny a*s room with a running fridge lol.

How the hell does a broom get vector manipulation? All he does is push people around; I don't think it even knows what a vector is, or anything but sweeping for that matter.

off topic, this pages pna is impossible to read, its all links besides 1 likely and 1 limited and 1 to. It hurts my eyes.
That manga reminds me of that case of that "Ikemen Gorilla" in Japan. A literal gorilla that was an absolute hit with girls, to the point of getting his own body pillows and other merchandise.

On topic, it still is not applied on the profiles because it was just accepted (waiting for grace to end), but for Memory Manipulation could go the cast of Final Fantasy VIII. Equipping Summons slowly erases their earlier memories from life and that's it.

Thing is the way her world operates made it much easier and if I'm not wrong, it still took her a while to reach that level of power. She can only copy a specific type of target and wouldn't be able to use it 99.99% of the time in a combat scenario. Even if she could, well...
Attempting it on a much stronger opponent may not end very well.
(For the record, I still think that Megumin's case is worse because it's limited by her stats, class, and affinity with the skill, requires skill points which aren't easy to obtain and are unrefundable, AND because she straight up refuses to use it)

That's really not bad to be honest. Familiars increase their firepower thus making the effects of their tears more useful than if they didn't have them, especially if they have access to a large number. Placebos duplicate a pill they're holding, allowing them to use it infinitely when they would lose access to it otherwise.

I mean, David's electricity does absolutely nothing. Coco Jumbo is meant to serve as a portable and easily concealable base so the base having running electricity just makes it even better.

As explained in the CRT above, he can push people without actually pushing them. I know, crazy. He's a broom and his power is straight up built for sweeping.

The guy who's currently on the list is worse.

Yeah, but it's a base it literally can't use. We aren't really rating Coco Jumbo as a tool here, just it as a character, so it's not like its usefulness matters. As a matter of fact, a competent opponent could actually use Coco Jumbo's room against it, so having a room with working electricity actually works against it in that case. It having a random store of electricity in its key that powers the room is basically the Stand equivalent of how we have electrical signals that powers our body (except in this case it does nothing for the user).

Also, David's electricity manipulation isn't even on his page anymore lmao.

In that case, yeah, the turtle takes it.

The thing is: Nobody says the ability needs to be used mid-battle or on the opponent. Again, skills are copied permanently.
And the target is not really that specific. Any man is a potential target.
In virtually any world where lots of people with superpowers are running around this skill can make you one of the strongest people in the universe with a few years of work.
Also, fairly sure we judge by the usefulness of the world the character starts in, as otherwise one may as well argue something like 'My powernull is useful in a universe without magic, so it should be listed as worst power null!'
(For the record, I still think that Megumin's case is worse because it's limited by her stats, class, and affinity with the skill, requires skill points which aren't easy to obtain and are unrefundable, AND because she straight up refuses to use it)
It's much worse than Haru's is my point. Like, if you don't have good items than it gets you nothing. If you already have powerful stuff, then it makes you slightly more powerful. It will not get you from weakest to strongest. In general, there are few situations were it will really be the difference between win and defeat, because it's ultimately just the ability to do the same thing you already can do again.

Nominating the Puppeteer for worst Ectoplasm Manipulation. His body generates ectoplasm which does absolutely nothing other than leaving harmless stains on his face, people, and objects.
Catherine the Great for Crystal Manipulation

She can only create small diamonds out of magic that seemingly disappear, and its only during her transformation
I'm just guessing here since I know nothing about the verse so correct me if I'm wrong but Himiko might qualify for worst Paper Manipulation for basically the same reason as Catherine. She can create paper hangings with her transformation which I assume works the same way meaning they serve no purpose and disappears shortly after they're created.
The thing is: Nobody says the ability needs to be used mid-battle or on the opponent. Again, skills are copied permanently.
Who would she use it on outside of combat? She can't just do it with anyone and copy his ability.
And the target is not really that specific. Any man is a potential target.
Keyword: "man". A man by its definition is an adult male human being which really limits her options in a setting with no humans or humans who are weak compared to other species. Furthermore, "any man" is more like "any man who wouldn't mind getting a random girl pregnant", unless you're saying she wouldn't give them a choice (which I don't think is in character?). There's also always a risk involved with every encounter.
In virtually any world where lots of people with superpowers are running around this skill can make you one of the strongest people in the universe with a few years of work.
I wouldn't say a few years. It could definitely take more time if the power ceiling is high. There are characters with much higher intelligence and much better power stealing abilities who needed decades to become a top tier in their verse.
Also, fairly sure we judge by the usefulness of the world the character starts in, as otherwise one may as well argue something like 'My powernull is useful in a universe without magic, so it should be listed as worst power null!'
Well yeah. Her power would be pretty effective if all of the people she wanted to copy had no problem throwing themselves at her such was the case in the story. It was tailored for her world which is why it's bad compared to others.

Hell no. If getting from weakest to strongest requires me to potentially spend years having sex with men I don't care about just for their abilities, I'm definitely taking the ability to do what I can already do but better over that.

It was from my "Baldi's Basics Re-Evaluations" content revision thread posted in May 2024 which you agreed with.

The VS Battles Wiki currently regards Gotta Sweep as being capable of slamming other characters into walls at super speed. However, this isn't exactly true. The way Gotta Sweep's influence works is, characters making contact with him decreases their speed and pulls them in the direction he's going at the same speed as him. Putting aside the frantic nature of a big broom suddenly moving you very fast while yelling, it's not very difficult to escape him, and it doesn't require strength to do so, as anyone trapped in him simply needs to move away while under Gotta Sweep's effect. The sweeping that Gotta Sweep does isn't portrayed as an attack or something meant to be dangerous. Any character can slip out of his range despite the speed reduction effect and pull effect, and characters who leave Gotta Sweep's influence don't maintain any of the momentum they gained from being pulled by him. The way Gotta Sweep's influence works has nothing to do with slamming characters into walls. 1st Prize is the one who does that to the playable character, and there is no feature implying that Gotta Sweep does the same. Gotta Sweep moves fast down hallways, but he swiftly moves through them and turns corners efficiently, not banging into walls and thus not producing the bang sound that 1st Prize does.

I think the scaling and stat listings of characters should be altered in accordance with the previous paragraph, and Gotta Sweep should have statistics reduction and vector manipulation listed on his profile as superpowers. Gotta Sweep should also be considered as smart enough to use his super speed efficiently to clean the school.

Summary: Formerly, Gotta Sweep had Wall level attack potency for slamming characters into walls at high speed, even though that's not how Gotta Sweep's sweeping works at all. Notice how his attack potency is Human level now? Unlike 1st Prize, Gotta Sweep can't bang anything and can turn corners efficiently. Gotta Sweep's sweeping isn't exactly programmed to push things, which matters because the setting is canonically a broken video game. A character touching Gotta Sweep adds a speed reduction effect and the effect of getting pulled in a direction relative to which way Gotta Sweep is moving, no matter if the character is in front or behind Gotta Sweep. Characters instantly regain their normal movement if they do as little as walk out of Gotta Sweep's range.

As explained in the CRT above, he can push people without actually pushing them. I know, crazy. He's a broom and his power is straight up built for sweeping.
You make it seem way more useful than it is. "He can push people without actually pushing them" implies a superpower of self-contradiction for all the reader knows, which has nothing to do with my revision. The point is that Gotta Sweep technically doesn't push in the first place, he pulls, and alters movement stats, so the game can sometimes give the illusion of Gotta Sweep pushing. A more accurate way to summarize the effect in one sentence is "he has the superpower to force a target to move in a direction" / "he has direction manipulation." Vector manipulation isn't some sort of super hax-lord ability just because it stems from mathematics manipulation, it's just the superpower to alter direction and magnitude, which in Gotta Sweep's case does zero damage to anything.

True, thoughhhh given Himiko's ability, if she can get anyone to believe she has got paper manipulation, she probs could make it an actual potent power

Imagine needing to warp reality to make your paper manipulation actually useful.
