So you are saying Low 2-C right and not 2-C scaling with Hector Hall Fate? I am not tryna argue but there were so many tiers proposed so far I am confused.

Leaving aside the rating, which is a pain, we need to get over with the abilities section

Extant planned to journey to the end of time with Worlogog and create a new universe based on his own conception. Metron also states how this will allow him to have an existence that is far beyond their conceptual grasp.
There is no reason for Higher-Dimensional Existence there, being powerful doesn't mean having the ability. The others are correct, and they're space and time manip too.
Transmutation too.
Existence Erasure is not correct then, their atoms were just dispersed. That's deconstruction. Matter Manip is also not needed as those 2 powers were just transmutation and deconstruction.
Fate Manipulation
Extant can weave the skeins of Time and Fate as he sees fit.
Given what he can do, there is no reason to believe he meant literal fate, as the same can be done with his powers and be seen as "fate".
He shouldn't have himself what he granted in the first but he maybe should in the second, ig.
The rest of the abilities are correct. I only looked the abilities.

I can see the logic behind the higher dimensional thing because that was vague. But for Fate, there is no point of disillusionment given context. Dove is a Lord of Order and she is supposed to die because of the given fate and yet Extant changed her Fate where she wasn't dead but alive.

If there's more to it than what the scan shows then that should be shown. What he did to Jay Garrick can be seen messing with fate too, but we know it was done from the future and so it is causality manip. There is no reason to believe he wouldn't save her by doing the same, which again can be seen as messing with fate without it being Fate Manip.
