I've seen people argue that Diana would win in the comment sections ever since the One Minute Melee of Wonder Woman vs Lightning

So I'd be curious on what elaborate case of your's you have as to why Light would beat Diana

One Minute Melee comments are dumb tho. And Lighting is like Universal, so she kinda one shots.

Agreed, the only way Wonder Woman can win is if we only took Etro's Knight Lightning into account, who should match Wonder Woman in terms of power, but not speed.

Well we always want the combantants to be at their best when they face their opponents. Hence why Lightning Returns Light is used in this fight while composite Wonder Woman will have her feats and abilties from Pre 52 and New 52

And wait am I missing something here? because last I checked. Diana is faster then Light since her profile says that she is Massively FTL while Light is only Relatvistic...

Light is also Universal whereas Diana is only Large Planet level.

Lightning is much too tough and much too powerful for any iteration of Wonder Woman that I know of to compete with. She should be able to take this without too much difficulty.

So then how does Light compare to Diana in terms of speed? Cause comparing their profiles

Diana appears to be faster then Light as Massively FTL people are much faster then Relatvistic combatants

Well, of course, but there's more to take into account here:

Lightning has time hax, for one.

Two, she has Counter.

Three, wearing her out/winning via KO isn't really an option because she has just as much stamina.

And four, nothing Diana can hit her with will do any real damage at all.

I almost forgot about Lightning's Time Manipulation abilities. Something that Wonder Woman has no counter against.

^ Well Wonder Woman is Massively FTL is she not? I could see Diana catching Light off guard then tying her up in a blink of an eye with it unless you are telling me that she has no problem breaking loose like some DC characters before her.

Then again though Light could maybe avoid it with her Timestop abilties perhaps?

What tier is Wonder Woman's rope at? Is it capable of holding universe level beings, because if not then it's just as useless as everything else in WW's arsenal.

well one of them is like massive FTL however the other is unknown so idk which version you want to use, but the massive FTL version is apparently only tier 5-A, so she would have no chance, not like tier 4-C has a chance either lol.

Problem is that with Lightning's Durability wonder woman can't scratch her lol she would have to at least be able to destroy the universe to have a chance.

I stated in my earlier comment that the Wonder Woman I am using here is a composite version of both Pre 52 and New 52... So specifically Post crisis WW

One of them can destroy a star, the other can destroy more than a universe. lol perhaps next time you'll check to make sure the tiers are at least the same before you make a thread lol Even if she can move MFTL+ it's pointless if she can't survive a universal level attack.

This was only thing because I still see DC fans on the Youtube comments still making claims that WW would beat Light if it were a researched battle in the One Minute Melee of Wonder Woman vs Lightning

So I thought I'd discuss it here to see what everyone else thinks. And not need to show me the profiles. I've seen it already.
