I'd say Diana takes this.

Both characters are fairly skilled when it comes to weaponry, but Diana is a far older and much more experienced character than Flash is. Add to the fact that Diana is stronger and has better LS than Flash does, meaning she could overpower him in a hand to hand fight.

However Flash has some wincons, his afterimage creation could be useful in distracting Diana and his speed, which 0.51c, could outmove her speed of 0.23c. However considering she scale to near lightspeed reactions, which would be around 0.90c, she could react to Flash's movement but not necessarily keep up with it

Also I doubt a lot of Diana's hax like absorption is useful here, considering Flash is a close quarters fighter and she doesn't use telekinesis for close combat afaik

I'd say Diana takes this with low to mid diff

Just one thing, she has a weakness to sharp attacks listed in her profile, even regular bullets can kill her

That does higher the chances of Flash winning imo, but I doubt Diana is gonna sit around and let him stab her, plus she has a shield, so that's something I suppose
