Wonder Man Scaling

Shouldn't Wonder Man be 4-B, because I remember in an Avengers title Iron Man explicitly stated that Wonder Man has Sentry Level strength.

Should he be upgraded to Solar System level?

I currently can't find the comic, but when I do I'll send it to you guys.

It would be best to find and post the scan. Would be evidence for the content revision being proposed. I know it's not an easy task.

Yeah especially since my wifi provider blocks most online comic sites as they sometimes contain weird pop ups I'll look for it now then.

Marvel is extremely inconsistent, but Wonder Man is generally outmatched by either Thor, the Hulk, or characters on their level.

Outmatched? Or simply defeated? I know he's weaker than This, but for Iron Man to claim that he's one of the most powerful avenger EVER, for him to clash evenly with Hyperion, for him to defeat the Red Hulk (I'll show you later) should tell use that he's on the same Tier as Thor/Hyperion or at least High 4-C. He even claimed when fighting the Vision that only This could fight against him.

Even so why is he only Dwarf Star level, his justification is that he can contend against Thor and Hulk although he comes up short but wouldn't that make him High 4-C?

In a normal fictional franchise, sure, but in Marvel any character can recurrently fight any other character.

Cyclops has severely damaged Dormammu, who has beaten Multi-Eternity, the Black Panther has beaten Logos, who has beaten the Living Tribunal, etcetera, and Spider-Man and Captain America regularly hold their own against characters far out of their leagues.

This turns Marvel much harder to scale than any other franchise that I know of. As such we have to go by consistency, with occasional help from the official comparison charts, and both of the She-Hulks are supposed to be stronger than Wonder Man as far as I am aware.

Let's please not derail this conversation into "Marvel is ridiculously inconsistent". You can prove that Wonder Man should be High 5-A without that.

5-A seems reasonable by scaling from Red She-Hulk. He is in-between the power levels of The Thing and Thor.

It is not because a character is below another level 4-B that makes him below this level. Simply he have a good fight with Thor and other characters and be able to beat Rulk It already makes him at least High 4-C if not 4-B, but I believe that simply assuming a number is not right. It is 4-B in my opinion based on the feats.

He is roughly comparable to Red She-Hulk, but is stronger than the Thing and weaker than Thor. By your logic, virtually all major Marvel characters would scale to 4-B or higher, given their fighting track records.

I am very tired and do not have the energy to deal with this on top of everything else, so I will close this thread now.
