Wolf will have a hard time beating his senses since it enables him to sense a person where his presence including his aura erased

Also he has over 200+ shadow soldiers with low-godly and immortalities that will overrun wolf and one of them is Iron who can force wolf to attack him rather than Jinwoo with taunt.

He has a shadow dragon which he uses for aerial advantages and Igris which is one of his skilled soldiers

Sekiro can negate immortalities with the Mortal Blade, especially reliant immortality.

Can it negate low-godly? Since they are based from Jinwoo's mana and it will continue to reform as long as his mana bar is not depleted

If the regen is based on their connection to Jinwoo himself, it gets negged. Mortal Blade cuts off your connection to whatever it is you're reliant on.

The problem is that, there's too many and 1 of them is flying dragon while the other is a tank with a shield that can taunt. There's also numerous mage at the backside casting fire explosions and barriers for Jinwoo.

The lower the HP that Jinwoo has, the higher all his stats (speed, strength, mana, durability) goes due to his title and he has 30% physical attack reduction normally and will increase to 50% physical attack reduction if he is below 30% HP

Jinwoo can go invisible with stealth that completely erases his presence where even those who has superhuman senses can't perceive him

Wolf can negate the reliant immortality of the shadows so if they're killed, they won't return

Even if it is Jeju Island Sung, he still has Igris and Tusk, who are Low 7-C+ and Beru, who is 7-C so it is very unlikely for Sung to loose with such powerful backup.
