Wither vs Samurai Jack

Does the Wither count as an evil being? If it does, then Jack likely wins round one, he can simply ignore his durability, not to mention that he is much more skilled than the Wither. As for round two, Wither likely wins due to Poisoning and Forcefields, and maybe Regen, but it depends on which level his Regen is.
