Kek, like Steve I'm gonna do some upgrades/downgrades here.
Likely all the abilities of a Command Block: This should be removed. Just because it's powered by a Command Block doesn't mean it's able to use it.
Fire Manipulation: Relatively minor but the skulls the Storm shoot are on fire
Absorption: The Storm was absorbing the blocks into it's mass to become bigger.
Darkness Manipulation: It made the sky of the world dark, it should probably have this.
Body Control: When Jesse and Reuben go inside to destroy the Command Block, it used it's tentacles to attack inside his body and even was able to form another head inside
That's about it, the only other notable thing I found was the Storm's head taking a hit from the Command Block weapon, so that means the Body would have 5-A to High 3-A dura, but it's probably an outlier.
