Winston vs Sun Wukong

Winston using his barrier gives him the advantage. His barrier protects him from D.Va's self-destruct which is 8-A. It's destroyed in the process sure, but it'll keep Sun from killing him via range (which anyways isn't too great due to him using shotguns, unless he's in extended melee range that is).

If Sun made more than three clones, they'd storm the barrier while Winston would leap upon Sun while he's concentrating and get the jump on him with his Tesla cannon. Aura doesn't block electricity iirc. This would be terrible for Sun. If he managed to take Winston down to low health, Winston would activate his Primal Rage and finish off Sun. If Sun still isn't down yet, Winston will regain his health during the use of his Ult and after it ends. This gives him the chance to finish him off with the tesla cannon, with another barrier for good measure.

Basically Winston needs to use the sit and wait tactic. As usual.
 
Yeah. When the Tesla Cannon is constant lock on , and forced into close combat, and the power amp from Primal Rage, i doubt Sun could take this. Not to mention the better intelligence on Winstons side, and the fact that Sun cant hold him off with enough clones that he isn't completely vulnerable.

Plus electricity has gone through aura before. Even Sun's, which was weakened, but never broke, from Illia's whip, as well as that fox guy, Finnic? idk which is which.

honestly I think Sun could beat almost every in character in OW, but the ONE character he's closest to has AoE that nulls his clones lmao
 
The amount into High 8-C Sun Wukong is seems to be unquantified, except that it's higher than Ruby's 1.42 tons.

This makes it more than likely that Winston has the AP advantage, granted his AP sits at 4.7 tons.

I'd wager that Winston wins pretty easily here with that in mind and the reasoning already provided.

Pardon me for being confused but in what regard?

Winston is more durable as his AP goes to his durability as well, which is higher than Sun's. Winston can also instantly replenish himself and make himself stronger through Primal Rage. So Sun doesn't have him beat in durability.

Since Winston's AP is higher than Sun's durability, Sun won't be tanking as much attacks as you would like to think, so it can't really be that either.
