This CRT will focus mainly on the addition of a Chaos Fiend Physiology page as Verse-specific Powers & abilities page, they already have one of their physiological traits accepted here [Just the NEP] though that justification will be expanded upon here. Beyond simply outlining the Fiends inherent Physiology, I'll also be adding to Ozriel's profile based on how he scales & interacts with Fiends.

Physical Manifestations​

Spoiler: The Basic Stuff

• Superhuman Physical Characteristics (Fiends of Chaos are some of the most powerful beings in existence, often being summoned into worlds by unsuspecting inhabitants for their power alone. Class One Fiends in particular are beings capable of matching Abidan Judges[1] who's sheer power warrants the attention of Ozriel in particular as even other Judges are hard pressed to best them in combat[2])
  • Self-Sustenance (All Types - Fiends of Chaos can traverse the vacuum of space[3], only consume beings for their connection to the Way in order to remain within physical reality[4] and possess infinite intent[5] which is itself their power[6])
  • Space Survival & Space-Flight (Fiends of Chaos can traverse the vacuum of space unharmed[3])
  • Cosmic Awareness (Fiends of Chaos can focus their attention on entirely separate locations[7], unsealed Class One Fiends are comparable to Daruman who can see across time and space[8] and even directly into the Way from an Iterations[9])

• Immortality:
  • Type 1 (Fiends of Chaos are described as timeless beings[10])
  • Type 2 (Fiends of Chaos will persist even after their physical manifestations have been destroyed[11])
  • Type 3 (Low-Godly - Can repair all damage to their human vessels[12] and even completely restore their physical manifestations after they have been destroyed[13])
  • Type 4 (Non-Combat Applicable - Even in their substantially weakened power sealed states[14]Class One Fiends treat death as a sleep from which they can wake up from[15])
  • Type 5 (Class One Fiends are beyond death itself[16] because they are unbound what they consider to be "human laws" including death[17])
  • Type 6 (If their power is absorbed they will linger on within the being that absorbed them from which they can potentially manifest again[18])
  • Type 8 (Even in their substantially weakened power sealed states[14] Class One Fiends can restore their physical forms if they are ever destroyed as long as their true forms remain unharmed[13])
  • Type 9 (Even in their substantially weakened power sealed states[14] where their physical manifestations are present in specific locations[19]a Class One Fiend's true form still exists separately from them[1] as a world in unto itself, a complex and ancient dream more real than waking[20] which they can escape into if their physical manifestations are destroyed so long as they aren't in their sealed state[14])

Spoiler: Chaos and Void Powers

These Powers are less basic so they probably require more scrutiny from staff, which is why I chose to highlight them in a seperate section

• Accelerated Development (Absorption - Physical Statistics & Abilities - By absorbing other beings Fiends are able to grow much more powerful till they eventually reach the point where even a Class Two Fiend develops into a Class One[21])

• Acausality (Type 2 & 4 -The substance of their being[4]is that of the Void itself[22], unable to end because it is without "beginnings" and "endings"[23] such that they cannot even be seen in Fate[24], the force in which the story of each universe is written across both it's past and future[25], and they are beings for which the rules of reality do not consistently apply[26] that inherently lack logic as a result of being chaos made flesh[27], a known dead-end to causality[28])
• Empowerment (Fiends of chaos are considerably stronger while within the Void to such an extent that a group of Class Two Fiends become a threat to a weakened Judge once they enter the Void[29])
• Imaginary Space Manipulation (Even in their substantially weakened power sealed states[14] Fiends of Chaos can create artificial worlds of consciousness akin to a dream which they can forcibly pull the will of others into[30])
• Summoning (Class One Fiends can call across the entirety of the Void to summon those that dwell in chaos, which would include other Fiends[22])
• Non-Physical Interaction (Fiends can physically interact with the souls of others beings[3], their connection to the Way[4] and even order itself[22])
• Absorption (Fiends of Chaos can absorb a target such that they remove their connection to the Way[4] which is their connection to existence, causality, physics, laws, fate and concepts)
• Possession (Class One Fiends can[31]possess other beings forcefully[32])
• Supernatural Willpower (Fiends of Chaos possess infinite intent[5] which is itself their power[6])
• Hive Mind (Type 2 - A Fiends spawn are not individuals as understood by humans because they are simply extensions of the greater whole, expressions of a singular mind[33])
• Chaos Manipulation (Fiends of Chaos passively unravel reality by destabilizing the order necessary for existence[34] which is fundamental to everything[35] as the source of reason[36], existence, causality[37], physics, laws[38], Fate[35] and archetypal concepts[39] that exist outside of reality[40])
• Corruption (Type 1 & 2 - Fiends are creatures of the Void[41] which passively corrupt world around themselves with Chaos[42], the decay of reality[43], which seeps into entire worlds to completely subvert all of their laws[44] while also fusing with and altering the beings that inhabit them[45])
• Power Nullification (Chaos Corruption induces a wide variety of effects, causing nightmares to crawl from minds, creating spaces where the rules of reality no longer apply and completely disabling the functionality of a worlds inherent power system[26] which is just an extension of it's metaphysics[46])
• Void Manipulation, Law Manipulation, Matter Manipulation & Conceptual Existence Erasure (Type 1 - Fiends of Chaos have the power to conceptually unmake[14], a process in which they tap into the innate properties of the Void itself channeled through stages to first erase the laws holding a beings physical body together, then erase them down to a purely conceptual state, infected with authority in the case of ascended beings, and finally reduce that concept to nothing[47])
• Resistance Negation (The Void is a force of annihilation[48] and infinite[49]chaos[50] which can progressively breakdown the influence of the Way[51] despite the Ways inherent properties as a fundamental force of protection against chaos[52] alongside it's destructive and corruptive influence[44])
• Invulnerability Negation (The Void can progressively breakdown the influence of the Way[51] despite the Ways inherent properties as a fundamental force of protection against chaos[52] alongside it's destructive and corruptive influence[44] that stops attacks on a conceptual level to render beings invulnerable to any amount of force[53])
• Immortality Negation (Type 3 & 4 - High-Godly [Concept, Causality & Information] - The absorption of a Class One Fiend is able to fully destroy Suriel, nullifying her regeneration[54] which operates as a passive application of her Authority of the Phoenix on herself to regenerate even from total destruction[55] to the point of regenerating from having herself been erased by Daruman's baseline erasure[54] and restoring things he has erased[56] to the degree of having been erased from causality[57] such that they never existed in the first place[58], dissolving into the Void[59] which erases things at the conceptual level[47] and fundamentally had the origin of her existence destroyed[60])
• Subjective Reality (Fiends passively twist reality simply by their very presence[61] because each of them exists for a specific purpose which is part of who and what they are causing them to constantly recreate reality around themselves in their image[62] and even their most basic attacks are all "World-Twisting" in nature[24])
• Pocket Reality Manipulation (Fiends of Chaos can produce warped worlds of distorted laws which they then manifest directly into reality[63])
• Spatial Manipulation (Even in their substantially weakened states[14], Fiends can still shatter space with their intent alone[41] and when unsealed they are judge level combatants[1] directly comparable to others that cause star sized spatial cracks as a byproduct of their attacks[64])
• Teleportation, Dimensional Travel and BFR (Fiend of Chaos can warp space to teleport great distance[65], peel away reality itself to forcibly draw other beings directly into the Void[24] and travel through[66]the Void though they cannot traverse the Way unless they possess a human host[13])
• Madness Manipulation (Type 3 - Even in their substantially weakened sealed state[14]the mind and intention of a Fiend of Chaos is so fundamentally alien[67] as a result of their inherently contradictory nature[68] that any attempt to analyze them causes complete insanity[69], the likes of which shatters an individuals personality[70] while also leaving them with completely warped of their senses[71])
• Perception Manipulation (The shards of Chaos that compose a fiends form are difficult to perceive- like burning nightmares[4], and even in their physical form they still strain the senses of anyone looking at them[27])

True Form​

This is the point where we get into the particularly controversial abilities which definitely require the most scrutiny from staff, seeing as how these abilities tend to be heavily restricted.

Nonexistent Physiology
This was already accepted as in the prior Tier 1 CRT which gave Ozriel Nonexistent Erasure for the following reasons:

Non-Existence Erasure (Nature 2 - Aspect 1, 2, 3 and 5) -
Nonexistence Erasure (Soul, Information, Causality, Conceptual, Powers - Ozriel's Authority is capable of erasing billions of spirits from existence as though they never existed[68], erasing a targets power and the origin of their existence[69] which is the essence that defines them[51] that exists separately from them within the metaphysical record storage system of the Way[52] and even erasing nonexistent beings like Fiends of Chaos[68])

The Nonexistent Nature of Fiends -
Fiends are half-real creatures that naturally lack souls composed of chaos made flesh in their physical forms though they still linger on even if their physical forms have been destroyed in metaphysical forms composed of shards of pure chaos which is what The Void is composed of while the Void is a pure lack of existence outside the Way lacking its concepts which include existence and nonexistence as well as other functions of the way such as causality which is absent from anything erased from the Way, laws which are erased from within it, Physics which it inherently lacks, Logic which it also inherently lack and Fate which is separate from it.

As you can see he got it from being able to erase Fiends, all I'm really doing here is cleaning up the explanation above while also making small additions which would obviously translate directly to Ozriel's Profile:

Nonexistent Physiology (All Natures - All Aspects [Logic, Causality, Time, Fate & Information] - Without their physical manifestations Fiends of Chaos are half real creatures[3] that inherently lack souls and logic due to being composed of shards of pure chaos[4], the substance of the Void which is the sheer lack of existence outside the Way[74] that inherently lacks any of it's functions such as archetypal concepts[43] including nonexistence and existence, laws and physics that are erased from within it, causality which it serves as a dead-end/pitfall to, fate and fundamental information)

Nonduality
Nonduality (Type 2 - True Fiends defy classification by nature because The substance of their being is that of the Void itself, unable to end because it is without "beginnings" and "endings", existing nowhere because it is neither "there" nor "here" and lacking the inherent functions of the Way, that are yet still separate from the Way itself, such as the archetypal concepts known as Icons which pair with complementary halves/opposites to form dualities such as "Non-Existence" and "Existence", "Life" and "Death", "Cold" and "Heat" etc.)

Beyond-Dimensional Existence
Beyond-Dimensional Existence (Type 1 - The substance of their being is that of the Void itself, a "deeper" hole from which space peels away from comparably beyond all directions of space, reality and time while it is unable to end because it is without "beginnings" and "endings" and exists nowhere because it is neither "there" nor "here")

Large Size
Large Size (Type 8 - The true form of a Class One Fiend is world in unto itself, a complex and ancient dream more real than waking which is large enough to push against the boundaries of an Iteration even while in their substantially weakened power sealed states)

Obviously with the addition of Nonduality and Beyond Dimensional Existence Ozriel would have his own ability expanded upon to explain it can interact with beings that possess these qualities
