Dumb question, but willpower ability always confused me. How does one get it? What's the criteria for it?


Except for GLs, that's easy to understand

Dumb question, but willpower ability always confused me. How does one get it? What's the criteria for it?

Characters having great endurance/resistance/boost due having willpower, like Hal Jordan, Frisk jumping from 9-B to Low 2-C Dura due having immense willpower, Zoro resisting an attack that let Luffy knocked out in a near-death state but Zoro still was alive and with his consciousness working etc

To get Supernatural Willpower, one must showcase a feat or have a reliable statement that states that a character is capable of commiting feats well beyond what any human (mentally) is capable to do or endure through sheer willpower.

A fine example would be Ryoko Matoi.
She's capable of creating shockwaves through willpower alone.

It could be generally any feat beyond that a human is capable of doing or enduring, it's just that it's through their willpower so I like to mention this as one of the few powers that could be like reality warping, but not directly reality warping because it has a wide range of what it is possible to achieve such as bending reality to your own will.
