The character has shown the ability to will himself back into existence even after his entire existence was erased. What makes this more impressive is that it wasn’t just his will and hope that were erased, but the very Concept of Will and Hope itself—the fundamental principle that governs all will and hope across the universal foundation. This concept is what grants everything else its capacity for will and hope, and it can only be destroyed by directly destroying the concept itself.
Despite this, he still managed to return, and his willpower was strong enough to alter both past and future through his actions in the present, even against an enemy who had merged with the entire space-time continuum.
So what does this imply? And can willpower feats of this scale (already proven in-verse) be considered a valid AP justification?
